I tried to buy a diet Coke and a regular coke and they didn't mark them and were extremely rude when I wanted them to mark them because one of the people wanting a drink is allergic to artificial sweeteners and who wants to drink after others...in addition I ordered a double with no cheese... Had cheese; a baconator no sauces....had sauce and a 10 piece nuggets and there were only 7 and 2 of them were the ? so yes totally annoyed

If I could give zero stars I certainly would . The cashier was EXTREMELY rude and irritated I was even there. Rolling her eyes and clicking her long nails. She appeared to be a manager she had long black wavy hair and a zip up. She clearly HATES her job so I hope someone from upper management addresses the issue this was really baffling to me. No matter how good of food or deals you have NOONE will return after an experience like that. Im a manager and I would be SO embarrassed if one of my employees and especially a manager acted this way . Sad , do not recommend!

I found out why this location is rated so low. I tried to place an order today at the drive thru and was interrupted every time I tried to order. I drove off and went to another store.

I came to the 12925 Shelbyville rd in Louisville KY on 1/29/24 . My order order number was #3189. I had to send my order back in as I was at the drive thru window because they forgot my 2 small fries. Surely I said there’s no way there not in there after having to send it back. I get home and there’s only one small fry. I couldn’t believe it. This is the second time going to that location and me having to send my order back at the drive thru window.

Stood at the front counter for 5 mins waiting on one of the 9 workers to take me order. Had a manager and employee playing on their phone. Women taking care of a mobile order 2 people doing drive thru. I'm assuming an upper management lady was their walking through the kitchen and then went to the restroom. If you don't want to serve food to the front line and keep your doors close. Maybe remodel like Rally's so you don't have a lobby.

5240 Bardstown Rd Louisville, KY 40291 This Wendy's has the most disgusting customer service I've ever experienced. An old black man who clearly was pissed about working today was HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO SEEK IMMEDIATE THERAPY for his disgusting verbal abuse and lack of emotional intelligence...Not only did he rush me to order only 2 things from the menu, but I then pulled up and he asked me what my issue was AS IF HE DIDNT JUST DISRESPECT ME WHILE ORDERING....He then goes as far as to tell his coworkers,once I pulled up 'I DON'T KNOW WHY NIGGAS COME HERE' He then refuses to allow me to pay for my food because he was upset that I would not allow him to be so disrespectful to not only me but the other customers whose orders he was taking...He then goes into a nasty rant about why WE keep coming for food...Once he FORCES me to take my card back because he was in his ego and didn't want correction as to not being a disrespectful man to people when they are simply trying to get food, he then calls me a bitch.... WENDY'S YALL HAVE SOME DISGUSTING TEAM MEMBERS WHO LACK MORAL INTEGRITY,WHO ARE DISRESPECTFUL and mad at the fact they picked a job to work at that they dont like... I even asked him for his name and he refused to give it, so I have no receipt and I have no name but I guarantee I will post to every platform until I get this man's name and for immediate action to be taken. It was disgusting and a horrible display of the type of characters you all have a working for you... And to top it off when you call the number that is connected to this Wendy's, it goes straight to some type of voicemail there is no greeting that this is Wendy's restaurant at all... Not only am I reporting this to you all but I will be going further and reporting this to the BBB for further investigation...

It's located very close to my house. The drive thru is open til 2am. So it's the choice if I'm up late and hungry. I order and pay on the app. The food is always hot and ready by the time I get, doesn't take more than 10-15 minutes from the time I put the order in til I'm back home eating my food.Parking: Plenty of parking spots.
