Rudest lady ever. We asked for a specific order and as insanely rude as possible she says “Um, no, I don’t have a button for that.” We then asked why she can’t do it herself and she says “Well, it’s not that hard to chose one or the other.” DO NOT WASTE GOOD EARNED MONEY

They did a decent job of getting the drive thru orders out quickly. Also, my food was all correct and tasted fine.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before my order was taken. Ended up leaving after sitting another 10 minutes not moving. Won't be going back. Went to Culver's and got served in 5 minutes

I went today, April 3, 2024 around 11 AM to have an early lunch. I walk in and 2 others were served their food and sat down with a couple others in the drive-thru. I stood there about 5 more minutes without being acknowledged to when I walked up closer and started looking for someone. The employees had seen me standing there and just looked at me prior until I finally asked if someone was going to take my order. I said it calmly and quietly. The response I got was shocking. The lady looked and me and stated, "You going to have to wait, my screen is full!"I could see the screen; there were 2 orders on it stating "Door Dash" and I asume a drive thru order as nobody else was inside excpet for someone waiting behind me.I said, "Excuse Me? What did you just say?" and she said, "You going to have to wait, I"m too busy."I was flabbergasted to have a customer service person speak like that when there was nobody else waiting at the counter except me. There was a person tending drive thru and from what I could see 3 others in the back. She could have easily taken my order.Wendy's you are better than this and I am shocked at the way this customer service person spoke to me. You lost a sale today due to rude employees. I hope you care about that.

Absolutely the slowest employees. Top it all off after waiting forever the good was so bad we had to go get our money back . They need to shut down every one of the locations

**Wendy's Breakfast Experience: A Mixed Bag**Upon visiting a local Wendy's with the intention of enjoying a quick breakfast before church, we encountered an unexpected policy: the establishment was only accepting mobile orders. This was surprising, as it was not peak hours and the drive-thru seemed scarcely occupied.Despite the initial setback, we promptly placed a mobile order for two servings of French toast sticks, anticipating a swift fulfillment given the apparent lack of crowd. However, the wait extended to 15 minutes, which was disproportionate to the simplicity of our order and the visible customer traffic.While the French toast sticks themselves were satisfactory, the overall service experience left much to be desired. The delay and the manager's approach to in-person ordering were inconveniences that could deter future visits, especially when on a tight schedule.While the food met expectations, the service efficiency at this Wendy's location did not. It would be advisable to either visit at a less busy time or wait until the store addresses these service inconsistencies.

I’m standing there waiting for my doordash order, the women at the front kept yelling across the store at employees off the clock asking what goes in a salad. She is saying a cuss word every other sentence while yelling. I stood there and watched her put the fries in the container and EAT the fries out the container then put the fries in the bag. A woman went on the inside to place an order, went out to her car, they locked the doors behind her.. she wanted to speak to someone because her burger was made wrong and they told her they couldn’t fix it because they were “closed”… but the drive thru is open. This is place is not worth it anymore! Always so slow and rude!

I just ordered a chocolate Frosty and it is nothing like a frosty it tastes like flavored vanilla ice cream no not even that it tastes worse and it doesn't even look like a regular Frosty it is chunky and dark colored. I know the picture isn't the best but this is the worst Frosty I have ever

I was the second car in line.I ordered 2 #1's. I was cut off 3 times while trying to order. I sat 1 min and waited for this guy to shut up. Reordered all the food and he still would not listen. How hard is a double cheeseburger lettuce and tomato only. . The drinks were wrong and the burgers. I got to lg Dr peppers. Instead of 2 diet cokes. SMH!!Worst part was listening to the party the workers were having while this young idiot left the window open.Totally trash worker and to really piss me of. No greeting, not thank you and no Straws.I HATE THAT THIS WENDY'S HAS TO HAVE UNCARING EMPLOYEES.NEVER GOING BACK!!

This Wendy’s SUCKS. The food is always wrong or cold and the customer service is even worse. I ordered a Cobb salad to go a few weeks ago and I got lettuce and cheese with nothing else (not even chicken or dressing). Today I ordered the Cobb salad again and I got some cold chicken nuggets. The employees are careless and the food is trash. Never giving this location a chance again.
