I come by everyday because of one special employee Ashia! She gives great service and always puts a smile on my face. No matter what I experience on my office days Ashia makes them great!

I don't recommend or not recommend this place. It is ok. It's fast food. But when you work on campus at UofL in the summer, your choices are very limited.

The staff is so nice. I’ve never had anyone be rude to me (even though I’m kind of quiet and sometimes have issues ordering due to social anxiety) and the food is just what you expect from Wendy’s. Their French toast and fries (both breakfast and regular) are sooo good. Their chicken nuggets/sandwiches are always crispy. The service is also incredibly fast, like if you’re on campus you’ll get your food within 30 minutes no matter the length of the line, and when there is no line they literally take 2 minutes or less.

Wendy's is definitely one of the better fast food restaurants. My only real complaint is that they never give enough barbeque sauce. I don't know why the workers are so stingy with it when it's not costing them anything.

Why the hell was there a bite taken out of my nugget. I waited an hour for this. I know it wasn’t me because I finish my nuggets in 1-2 bites. This had 2 tiny bites out of it. I should’ve gone to the Chick-Fil-A instead.

All I know is that every time I come here they tell me they're closed even though all the signs say they should be open for another 3 to 5 hours.

Terrible ? seems like all the Wendy's in Louisville are going down hill either no salads or closed early and maybe IF THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANIES WOULD COMPENSATE MORE IN PAY THEN MAYBE WE COULD GET BETTER SERVICE. BUT THE GREED CONSUMES YOU. Anyways I hope I don't die my salad smelt and tasted old today I didn't receive my iced coffee Frosty or cookie from Door dash.. Almost everytime I order here I'm missing something it's rare everything is correct. Not impressed with these services at all.

just wanted to recommend people to not go here. it's not friendly at all. the manger there gave me a really hard time getting my order corrected. i made the mistake of ordering my food here but bc i had a difficult time locating the place i guess my order was cancelled but i haven't received anything for a refund. yesterday i ended up finding the location to see what i can do about my order and the manager refused to refund me my order or remake it. there was a lot miscommunication and overall my experience there was horrible. everything was aggressive and hostile and embarrassing (for them). i couldn't see myself put that much energy into something that was an easy fix but he instead started raising his voice and telling me there was nothing he could do literately bc he kept saying i was a doordasher hence the miscommunication and i had to take it up with them (doordash) when my order had nothing to do with doordash and everything to do with wendy's since i order it from the wendy's app. 0/10 would not recommend. i also believe everyone should literally quit there you all look miserable.
