I've gone to this location for YEARS. It used to be solid Walgreen's. It has steadily gone down especially post-COVID. The drive through is pretty bad. Inside is slow, but granted, like so many other businesses, they are short-handed. Many times my meds are not in the pharmacy supply or they do not have enough to give me my full prescription. So I have to wait days to get my prescription. Unfortunately, this is a regular occurrence. Additionally, I do not get a call informing me of the supply issue. This past week I was told that a prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. Deciding not to wait, I left and returned two days later...my prescription was still NOT ready. So, I had to wait in line until it was filled. I'm running out of patience at this location. It's disappointing.

What a disgusting so call pharmacy, the clerk attending the photo department had a nasty attitude I asked to go to the bathroom due to a condition and this is what I found pictures are posted.when you go to the photo department on top of the counter it's full of debris junks and others this pharmacy needs attention from corporate office. Assistant manager talking foul language on the hallway where people can hear.

I took my fiancé to get his first dose of the covid vaccine today and they were a total mess. They asked him for proof of residence which I wasn't asked for when I got mine, so we had to get out of line to go to the car and get a piece of mail. Then when he got to the front of the line again, the guy who was helping him was very distracted and kept on sighing repeatedly. The waiting area has three chairs that were only a foot or two from each other and it was really busy. Not that all of this is really anybody's fault, but I went to a different Walgreens and had a much better and quicker experience. Also, I got a few items and the cashier didn't say anything to me other than "hi" - she didn't even tell me my total or when to swipe my card.

Not sure what store is normally like but this was my first visit here, the parking lot was full and there were a couple of employees outside hanging out with the doors to the store locked. Finally, they stop ignoring us & answer someone, I assume is a regular there, that they are closed, with no explanation. Shame.
