This place advertised a part I ordered as a genuine OEM Motorcraft part but I received a generic Rostra part instead. Rostra never made OEM ford parts. I'm sure a less educated person would not have caught this false advertising. They also would not take responsibility for their false advertising and just kept making excuses. I would never trust a place that can't take responsibility for their mistake.
I've added three other transmission places close by so customers can avoid this place. See attached photos.

06/19/2025 at about 3:00pm on Conestoga Parkway opposite side of the road from Walmart, you had a driver cut completely across.. didnt stop.. didnt look.. almost hitting me & a brand new F350 pushing us off into the ditch. we both lay on our hours and throw our hands up and your mid to late 50s, short brown-ish hair delivery woman lifts her shoulders like she's shrugging and doesn't care and flips the bird. Oddly enough I can give you a name of the driver because I worked with her at Bumper to Bumper, but dont take my word for it, pull business video where she was delivering to for your proof. She should NOT be on the road if her Geriatric self is going to disregard the safety and well-being of others on the road.

I recently purchased a rebuild kit from WIT. I called our local(ish) branch to purchase. When I called on 5/2 I was quoted a total of around $160. So we ordered the parts- they refused to ship them, so we drove 1hr + to our local(ish) location in Macedonia, OH.
I was not given/offered a receipt at the time of pick-up- but was under the assumption that I was around $160.
To my surprise the total was $260 on my credit card.
I immediately called Macedonia, only to be told there was nothing they could do, so contact the main customer service team.
I have reached out 3 times in the last couple weeks -- CRICKETS.
Apparently this company has ZERO respect for their customers --- they don't respond to problems.
STAY AWAY!

Have you read WIT's home page? All the fluff about caring for customers, being a team, top notched professionals. If you haven't, and you need a good chuckle, then I recommend you do. I can tell you from an end users perspective that they care about separating you from your money. My truck is on it's third transmission supplied by WIT. That is 3! within an eighteen month period. Good luck getting service if you come across a warranty issue. I am not the person that has spare vehicles sitting around while my truck is in the shop for weeks on end. I am glad to report that the garage I use for heavy maintenance will be using a supplier other than WIT. It is a mystery how they rate 4+ stars.

After 3 months, my transmission stopped moving because of low pressure: 25psi after it warmed up. I removed the bell housing and pump that I purchased from WIT. There were only 2 bolts holding the pump to the bell housing!!!! One was finger tight. I reached out several times to WIT and finally got a response stating that they only use 2 bolts to keep the pump from moving during shipping. The response that I was given is not stated in their web page. Buyers beware!!!! They have missing parts. I expected that a remanufactured part included ALL bolts. Never again will I buy from WIT.

Hands down THE best transmission parts business ANYWHERE! I searched for months online and my local mechanic told me he gets his transmission parts from this company. Thank God!
