The store in Bloomington Minnesota on lyndale avenue doesn't bother to send receipts with their food this was a delivery item and they send the wrong food out so now I have three children that are not getting their dessert or their main entrate tonight putting me in a bad positionI am very very angry.

They keep messing up on my crave casesand cost me $30 a piece you want me to bring the food back in the burgers have been sitting there for so long that was crusty they break in half and make a popping noise the worst store in Glasgow besides Rally's all the cruise on meth and so Israeli screw if they don't answer smoking fentanyl next to the dumpster I've seen it myself

I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to get to the speaker and no one would say anything I honked my horn ask if anyone was working and still nothing,( I will not be returning) worst experience ever wish I could give them a 0 out of 5

I have loved White Castle ever since I was kid of like 3 years old. Whenever I would get white Castle I have to get a chocolate shake to accompany my order no matter what I order. My local WHITE Castle is located. On South Orange Avenue in East Orange. If you patronage this location after 8pm, you are most likely not to receive a shake at all especially chocolate. It's not like they run and if they did run out it's the responsibility of the manager and what they are ordering as I used to work for the dairy that supplied all the white castles their shake base. The problem is that the employees/ manager does not want to make another batch at this time of night. Now this location is always busy and would Definitely sell all of the shake within this next batch. It's very frustrating and definitely spoils a lifetime enjoyment for me.

tried to place order at middletown rd bronx ny speaker not working drove up to the window employees laughing and talking amongst themselves waited ten minutes totally ignored rove away. Incredible

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply unsatisfactory experience I encountered at one of your locations on Wed, Nov 8th, around 1:55 am at Market and 1st street in Louisville KyAfter a prolonged 6-hour stay at Norton Medical Center with my husband, who is currently suffering from symptoms of Congestive Heart Failure, I visited your drive-thru to place an order. Regrettably, the encounter with your staff member was far from satisfactory.The young lady operating the drive-thru speaker began by loudly exclaiming, "HOW YOU DOING?" Despite my weariness and hunger, I responded politely. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when I attempted to place my order for 3 cheeseburgers. The she misunderstood, treating it as a question and displayed a concerning lack of professionalism.Despite correcting the misunderstanding and expressing my request for 3 cheeseburgers and a small fry, the employee persisted in questioning my order, mistakenly assuming my gender and even laughing off the error. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also unbecoming of the standard of service one would expect from your establishment.To add to my dismay, the same employee repeated the same inappropriate inquiry about the gender of the person in the car behind me when they reached the VERY LOUD speaker. This demonstrated a clear pattern of unprofessional conduct.I feel compelled to share that my subsequent visit to a White Castle on Broadway (7th street) was markedly different, with a seamless ordering process and courteous service.In an effort to address this issue constructively, I have attached a picture of the employee in question, and I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of your brand, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure a more professional and respectful environment at your establishments.

The inside dining is not open again! they did this a year or so ago this place is mis-run we go across the street to Burger King or Taco Bell for breakfast they know how to run their businesses whoever own this one needs to have their franchise jerked we live here this is ridiculous

I very disappointed in the quality of you ? they have gotten so thin and small but the prices have gone up ,the 1921 is priced out of range I mean you can buy a0 whooper for the price of three 1921 and get a lot more burger for your buck I am done with WC .

My husband and I went to Woodbridge white castle it was terrible food was awful soda machine wasn't working went to tell the woman who was very rude she did give us soda with no ice I saod can I please have ice she said well u didn't have ice in your cup I know but your machine don't work food went in garbage frys were not cooked terribly attuide nasty

ORDER FOOD THROUGH DRIVE UP OF 10 SACK, SMALL FRIES, & SWEET TEA. THE MICROPHONE DIDN'T WORK WELL AT ALL. HAD TO REPORT ORDER AT 3 TIMES OR MORE. WHEN GOT TO WINDOW TO GET ORDER THE LADY GAVE THE ORDER AFTER FOOD WAS PAID AND THEN ASK FOR RECEIPT THE TRANSACTION. LADY SHE HER MACHINE WAS NOT WORK.
