The precision of quality is amazing, they had my old radiator fixed right up. Brought in an old Ford Red belly tractors radiator. Old copper and brass that is no longer in production. They made it like factory new. I recommend Service Radiator to anyone that is need if a replacement of a fixer upper.

“Steven's Transmission Shop in Madisonville, KY brought my 2004 GMC Sierra Z71 back to life. Blew out my transmission & not only did they rebuild the transmission they also rebuilt my transfer case & front drive shaft! I can't say enough about the staff..courtious, direct & to the point of what I should have repaired & or replaced. They also saw an error in a previous job another shop had done a few weeks prior & recommended I get that taken care of imediately for safety and showed me I had only 1 good exhaust hanger left. All was updated the same day I picked up my truck! Thanks for their quick response & attention to detail. My review is a year behind so I apologize to Steven & the outstanding staff!! “About 2 hours away from home, on my way to hopkinsville I got a flat tire. After calling aaa to have someone come get me i get to choose where to get my truck towed to get a tire to get me back on my way. I chose Shelby tire and after we arrive and they take my truck in we discover I don't have the spline key for my lug nuts (it's at my house 2 hours away) I started calling around to part stores and they do too trying to do whatever they could to get me back on the road. After a couple hours we thought my only option was going to be to have my hubby make a 2 hour drive just to bring this darn lug nut key and one of the guys asked for the one lug nut they were able to get off and took it down the road to see if they could find a key that would fit these custom locking lug nuts i told them I would pay for it if he could find one. Luckily he was able to obtain one and when he returned I was super greatful! These guys and gal did everything they could trying for hours to try and figure out solutions, offered us pizza, and when all said and done didn't charge me for anything. These people didn't know my story or why I was having to drive 3 hours away , but I do believe in God, fate, and everything happening for a reason. God puts people in your path for a reason and I was super blessed with where I ended up today. The women at the desk was just the absolute sweetest! I would absolutely recommend any day of the week ?❤️”

I still drive a 1995 Chevy due to a bad back and hating the more modern sensors and onboard compurters that give a lot of false readings. If they can keep this old POS running like a Timex without breaking the bank, imagine what they can do for a newer vehicle. A++++”
“SO thankful for Gary and the rest of his team! We are here from Georgia, visiting family for Thanksgiving, and must have run over something in the road that put a large gash/hole in our tire! Called and spoke with Gary this morning and he sent someone to the hotel to remove our bad bad tire, take it back to the shop, get us a new tire and then came back to the hotel and replaced it so we’d be good to go! I can’t thank them enough for the short-notice action they took to help us out the day before a holiday! So thankful for them! Gary was GREAT to work with! 5 stars all the way!”

“I, along with most people, do not enjoy shopping for a car. I shopped about 4 months ago with my daughter finding her a car and it was horrible. One car place absolutely would not let me leave and harassed me and I promised I’d never go back there again. Another just pretty much told us that they wouldn’t negotiate their price and it just wasn’t a good experience. Now it was my turn to get me a car and I was so dreading it. I looked on line at different car dealerships so I could see who had what I wanted and I wouldn’t have to go driving all over the place looking at dealerships and having to have them come out and talk to me just because I was looking around. I communicated through texting when I would find something I was interested in and each car lot got right back with me. I communicated with Watermark and Brandon Belt was the one communicating with me. I told him what I wanted and he invited me to test drive because they had one I was looking for and so I did. He was very nice, not one to tell me a bunch of selling pitches. He just told me what I wanted to know and when I asked for a quote he quickly went inside and was out with one for me. I explained to him I was communicating with another car dealerships and he very politely said he understood and that he hoped they would be able to compete and give me a fair deal that I wanted. I got back with him the next day after getting no where with the other dealerships. They wouldn’t budge on their quote so they lost me quickly. As soon as I text Brandon and told him what my offer was and asked if he could match it, he said “let me see what I can do.” He got back with me within no time and said “yes” we will do that. I was so impressed and text him back and said “SOLD!” Drove there a few hours later and drove home in my New Nissan Pathfinder. Easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a car and this was my 5th New car I’ve purchased. This was my first doing it all by myself without needing my husband with me trying to negotiate for me. Yay me! I highly recommend this dealership and my experience was awesome!”
