me and my friend were leaving a restaurant & got a flat tire. we pulled over and were sitting there for no longer than 10 minutes before mae & her husband pulled over and asked if we had a flat tire. they immediately got out and helped us get the spare tire out with no hesitation. miss mae went to get a part from auto zone that we needed while her husband jacked my car up to get the tire off. we thanked them multiple times for being kind enough to stop and help us out! we are so thankful they stopped. again, big thank you to mae & her husband !!

So I came in to buy a battery for my car and a younger woman named Rebecca was just awfully rude to me she would barely help me without remarks that were rude and hurtful. Instead of helping me she played on her phone AS SHE STARED RIGHT AT ME. And when I was looking around she flipped me off when she thought I wasn't looking around thank God I still had some battery to go to a place that will treat me with respect.

The man behind the counter helped me with my bicycles kickstand the whole way through. I left for an hour and came back, helped me once more to putting the new one on and even lended me a tool to help with my issues, maybe AutoZone isn't JUST for cars/trucks after all? Pleased to have them.

I was having trouble replacing the lightbulbs over my license plate. I called AutoZone and Jeff answered the phone and told me bring my truck on down and we'd see what we could do. He was very polite.When I arrived another employee, Chris, helped me replace my bulbs. It was extremely cold and windy that day, and it wasn't an easy job. But he got it done. I am very appreciative of the service I received from both employees.

So thankful for the help of this store's staff!! Needed a part for an out of town mechanic/repair. They spent a great deal of time helping me with this order to ensure it was correct and correct pickup location. Super friendly and amazingly helpful!
