I only have an HSA through this bank from a former employer but they have to be the most outdated, inefficient group to deal with. They set my HSA inactive because I didn't use it for 12 months but didn't tell me. I had to call to reactivate it, the girl on the phone wanted me to deposit money into the account to do so...I live out of state now and she ACTUALLY suggested mailing cash. Just such an ordeal every time I need to use that HSA.

Only been with the bank for a year and has had many bad experiences. Would not recommend to my enemy.
