I went to Take 5 today and paid for the premium wash which was $26 dollars. The gentleman at the stand was very nice and I appreciated his help. After I left the wash I didn't feel like my windshield was very clean and to be fair, it wasn't too dirty to begin with. After I exited I wondered how much was from the drive home or left over from the wash. After I finally arrived to my destination an hour later; I looked at the back of my vehicle and it wasn't washed all. It looks even worse than before I went through the wash. A complete waste of $26. They get a two because attendants are at least polite.1) Attendants are non-attentive. Allowed me to drive up on one of the guides and destroyed a hub cap.2) The prewash is a joke. No pressure spray for bugs, just some sort of soap solution.3) Wash is less than mediocre. Doesn't get anything really clean.4) Cancelled my membership because it's just not worth it.

I went in and pd for a month on September 26 and went in to get another wash the following week and because of one of the employees pushing the wrong button on the computer they wouldn't let me get a wash but they went ahead and let me after 20 minutes and gave me Lindsey Turners card with her number on it and I had to call her the next day and she wasn't being reasonable at all and cancelled my membership and I didn't even know that till today. Very pissed customer and will pass the word along so everyone knows to stay away from the Take 5 carwash in Madisonville Ky.

It's so easy to wash my car then clean the inside. Love having the vacuums there. Erica is super sweet & helpful!!

Great setup car wash ? with free vacuums ... I had tree sap ? on my hood that didn't come off in the carwash.. but they have extra towels and sprays to finish the inside of your car that I just used and some elbow grease and finished her up.. shined like a beauty ? lol if they were closer I'd buy their yearly pass and go whenever.. but I just bought a single use wash.

They ran my car through twice because they could not get the bugs off the front or my car and I asked for a refund they directed me to there corporate number saying they couldn't issue a refund and I was on hold for a long time then prompted to leave a message and never was called back.. not at all what I expected. I won't be back. So I found a place on US30 near the Toyota dealer.. they were cheaper for there highest wash (in comparison) they do the vacuuming and towel dry afterwards.. all included ;)

This place is really fun actually! I love that I can clean out my car in a safe and "clean" place. What a blessing! Just a little side thought; I would buy a monthly if car washing was a little better... Like bug removal and wheel cleaning. Maybe 'special' attention for monthly members?❤️. Thanks so much!

Best wash ive had in along time . The top wash really gets it clean. Free towels and glass cleaner to use sure is nice. I highly recomend this place . Staff really made the experience worth it .

This is the automatic car wash that actually gets your car clean. Not only that, but they have interior and window cleaning supplies on hand to clean your vehicle. Erica was very helpful and showed me where everything was.Services: Auto detailing
