The local store has been great. They can only do what they are told.Had worst time upgrading a line. Went online (because the phone offer was online only), ordered, received, activated the new phone. Then received 9 emails along with multiple text messages telling me to activate the line or the phone will be canceled. I called corporate and went to the local store, and was told to ignore the messages. Today received an official "your line has been canceled" message. I called and was told to simply ignore the message. I am looking for a new phone provider. Cricket is filled with confusion.

Service was real good, but in the last few weeks the service is really bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they don't have their own towers they use att towers.
