Young alignment guy lied to me. He told me that all of my tie rods where bad. He stated they were about to break. I told him I already replaced them 18 months prior. He whispered to me that he can install the parts I buy. (Which is against 99% of all shops rules) I went to change them and seen they were still in new condition. He tried to scam me out of $850. Btw I am a retired auto technician. I use to teach auto repair. He would've gotten away with this SCAM with an unsuspecting person that cannot do this type of work.Shame on best one.The store manager has been told of what he has done..Do NOT use best one in Madisonville ky! I know I will not.

I guess they don't like to make money. I have been trying to call for the past hour and the line is busy . I have called several times and they said they would call me back They have never called me back. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because they are nice people on the phone.

I cannot say enough good things about Best One Tire & Service. The staff got my vehicle in within 3 hours of calling and explaining my situation, they were kind and thoughtful while I used the waiting room with my children and they had a changing table in the restroom. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
