Been coming here faithfully for 5 years. Got the oil changed and my check engine light immediately came on and has been jerking ever since. Car was working perfectly fine prior to coming here. Will not be back.

Had oil change and tire rotation done. Lost a hubcap after I left Mike's Mobil 1 in Madisonville, KY. I called and said I'll look...-nope, I don't see it, can't say whether or not it fell off on the road. Unbelievable, the lack of attention to detail. I will not go back. I will not go back and I will advise anyone I see or talk to not to go there. If you lack attention to detail, then the speed is worthless. If you can't put a hubcap on, How can anyone expect you to be thorough in your other operations. If your reputation is not worth 40 bucks to replace a hubcap, then everyone in the surrounding counties need to know. I am highly disappointed and quite honestly-it just makes me sad that this is "service" standard today. The older I get, the more disappointed I am in standards of service at businesses. Now, on their receipts it does say "Check you hubcaps not responsible for loss of hubcaps". Now think about that , evidently mine is not the first one they have not put on correctly. If you are an older lady for example, I guess your gonna have to get out after Mikes Mobil one finishes servicing your car and double check everything they supposedly done for you. This is not acceptable. I will not be back and advise all reading this to go somewhere else for oil changes and tire services. Very disappointed. Very disappointed. Par for the course in this modern world. America, we are losing it.
