No one at Service Desk at 5pm during the week.No coverage for staff and departments during prime shopping times."She went to lunch" is the only answer when asked if anyone is manning the desk.I asked if there was a supervisor or anyone to cover the Service Desk during the person's lunch and response is "uhhh, I think I can get someone".Failure to schedule coverage means management should be on the floor during staff breaks.Bad organization throughout the entire store, starting with Management.Very disappointing, will not be shopping here on the regular.

It was 8 a.m. Friday morning when I walked into the Island Ford Kroger. I was followed by the pharmacy staff. This caused a delay in the opening of the pharmacy which has opening hours posted at 8 AM. My husband went to check out the small amount of groceries. None of the full-service checkouts were manned. There was only one employee at the self-checkout to assist customers. One item rang up at a price different than advertised and it took the employee so long to figure out how to correct it that we left without the product. There was no one at the customer service desk to address our needs. There appears to be no sense of emergency or order. If this is a normal Friday morning at the Island Kroger here in Madisonville we will drive further to do our grocery shopping.

Very disappointed. Make sure you are checking the dates on your products from this store because i had to waste a lot of time searching for anything not expired a year ago..

Not a very diabetic friendly store. I've asked the managers over and over why they do not get sugar-free popsicles and I have to drive to Walmart to get them. They carry the brand but just not the sugar free popsicles. The manager I spoke to last week was downright rude he made it clear that he wasn't going to do anything about getting more sugar-free products in the store. He thought that no sugar added was the same as sugar-free but it's not.

They have Floral arrangements online for sale and balloons. Theost ironic part is I just found out that since the Floral is not really Kroger the items you see online are not what you would actually get when ordering because they go through different florist and what you may think you're paying for isn't what you're going to get! That seems to me like it would be false advertisement, and you don't call and ask about it then you would never know if you had them delivered. ??

I like the small cards and most time they have what you need. I also like the fact they hire mentally challenged people to do the grocery bagging. It remind me of a store up in New York called Wegmans.

I was in today to pick up Christmas Dinner that was ordered a couple weeks out.i went to pick up a day early because the weather issues being real bad for Friday the deli Associates did not want to help me told me I would have to come back the next day that is UNACCEPTABLE I DROVE OVER AN HOUR TO PICK IT UP.THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO FILL AN ORDER.I WAS TOLD THE GIRL THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO DO MY ORDER WAS ON THE REGISTERS UP FRONT AND THE OTHER DELI PERSONEL DID NOT WANT TO FILL MYNORDER

3rd time I've been and found rotten and moldy produce on sale. There were flies buzzing around the exposed and unbagged produce, and just generally seemed incredibly unsanitary. It has to be some sort of health code violation because there is no way a lot of that produce was safe to eat. Pair that with an incredibly low diversity of products meaning I rarely find what I need, and when I do it's often out of stock, and shopping here is miserable. I've started driving an hour out of my way to other places just to avoid shopping here.

Staff is friendly, and prices are very affordable, even for gluten free and natural foods. I'm very happy with the store and the prices. I highly recommend.
