It’s very nice to have assistance when checking out. I get confused by self checkout machines, but there is always someone available to help me. Those who work in customer service have my respect. you all deal with a lot of nonsense.

I have always been treated kindly when shopping here, it does take a bit to get service when i need things unlocked but i don’t mind. The self checkouts are also convenient as well and there’s people that help you. so it’s not much different from a regular checkout.
