“I am new to this area so this was my first experience with Mike's. The dealership was 10 days out on their oil change schedule. At Mike's my wait time was more like 20 minutes (first come, first serve). This place is very well run and very efficient - much like Chic Fila - and they communicate well. I needed a new air filter but they were out of stock so they called autozone to have one delivered. The Staff definitely went above and beyond for me. Recommend for anyone to use their service.”
“absolutely some of the best service and hospitality i’ve ever had. my car started breaking down in the middle of a 4hr drive and i stopped here at random, 10min before they closed. the owner (bryan) stayed late for me and had my car fixed within an hour including ordering part, etc.genuinely kind hearted, talented, helpful people. highly recommend! :)”
