O'Reilly Auto Parts

Auto Parts
Hours: O'Reilly Auto Parts store #6592 in Madisonville, Kentucky, offers a wide range of auto parts, tools, and accessories, along with helpful free store services like battery testing, wiper blade and bulb installation, fluid recycling, and check engine light testing. The store is known for its organized and clean environment, making shopping easy. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly staff who are always ready to assist with projects and find the best prices. The store also provides a loaner tool program for those needing special tools temporarily. However, experiences with warranty claims can vary. One customer bought a water pump with a lifetime warranty, but when it failed after a year, the store refused to honor the warranty, claiming the part was damaged by the customer. This customer was upset by the treatment received from staff and the negative experience with the warranty process, leading them to purchase parts elsewhere. Despite this issue, many customers find the store reliable for parts and helpful staff, especially for vehicle repairs on older models. With over 6,000 locations nationwide, O'Reilly Auto Parts remains a convenient choice for auto parts needs, though experiences with warranty service may differ.
