Superior Auto sold my family a faulty car and then refused to fix it for 6 weeks(still making us pay for it, $350 every two weeks) and while we were waiting on a call back from their regional Manager about these issues, they just came and picked up the car and did not offer any explanation. I would never ever recommend Superior Auto to anyone, they would get 0 stars if I could. DO NOT TRUST THEM

They told me I could make my payment on Monday cause I kept paying on it than what I had to pay and they just came and got my car after they lied to me and told me I could start making my payments Mondays cause I keep overpaying

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We got a car from Superior Auto in Madisonville back in 2019 and as reflected by credit report, we paid the car off in full. After awhile of making payments, they began charging his account multiple times a day within a week WITHOUT HIS CONSENT, so we contacted them and advised them that they didn’t have permission to take money from his account without authorization first. At which point, they attempted to take him to court for $9,000 that he DOES NOT owe them. We had written up a response to their claim, then like crickets! We didn’t hear anything else about it. Some time had passed and we decided we wanted to sell the car. We go to get another title since the original one was lost; and see their information on it as an active lien holder… STILL! At this point, we contacted the business to inquire about getting a lien release and was informed that my vehicle had been categorized as being in wreck and labeled a total loss in their system and that they had received gap insurance for totality of payment for the vehicle. Confused about this, because the vehicle hasn’t been wrecked or totaled, he began asking questions and informed them that we have the car, that it was never wrecked, and that we didn’t even know where that information came from… the employee tells him she doesn’t know what to tell him and hangs up. Now, a week after telling us that our car was totaled, they are garnishing his check for amounts that are completely unaffordable to him. My thing is, if they really felt like we owed them anything, especially that much, why would they not just repossess the vehicle!? How can they get their money, then turn around and say it’s been wrecked, receive their money again, and then garnish his check on top of that to receive their payment a THIRD TIME!? Is there even anything we can do!?Edited to add: He has an upcoming civil conference date in court... on the papers served to him, it says that it is with Community United Methodist Hospital. We called the clerks office to discuss this issue with SAC and they informed us that the upcoming case is actually with SAC.

I wanted to wait a little before I left a review, as rare as I do. But out of all the used car dealerships I've dealt with. Superior is by far the best value and easiest experience. I've had my escape for almost 6-7 months and haven't had a problem. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good reliable vehicle,

My last time in this store was horrible. One of the ladies in the store, think her last name was cox, was cussing and slamming things on the desk. I felt unwelcomed in the store. I told Jenny and one other lady that I would not step foot in the store again. Jenny has always been friendly and helpful, but this one experience makes me want to pay strictly online.

We have a vehicle through this company never missed a payment never been late on a payment until this week my husband and i both had covid and couldnt work so that put us some time without a paycheck.. I talked to these people on Thursday and told them the situation and that i would have payment made on Thursday of the week coming up they said that was fine fast forward to Saturday they show up at my house telling me they needed a payment or our vehicle after me already speaking to someone about this matter they were rude at my house and not helpful at all would not recommend anyone doing business here
