I purchased my vehicle there in 2017, it is a 2013 GMC Sierra. It came with a life time warranty. They honor their warranty and work. Shawn is a great service representative. Great company.

Worst experience ever. They missed every single deadline they gave me. 2 full weeks before they even looked at my truck. After finally looking at my truck they said it had a tiny leak if it was loosing coolant at all. Yesterday it cost me nearly 300 dollars just in coolant to get my truck back to Chattanooga. I urge you not to take your vehicle to these idiots. I made it to dodge in Chattanooga and luckily they have an actual tech and not parts changers. This guy knew my problem just after hearing the symptoms. I should have brought my truck to the professionals from the get go.Thank you watermark for ruining my family’s Christmas due to worthless parts changers you employed.Stay away from this trash people. Your dumb if you even buy a car from them.

I took my vehicle in for repair because it would not start. They diagnosed it as needing a computer. There was a slight challenge in finding a computer because of the age of the vehicle but they did manage to find one after a little delay. They put the computer in my vehicle, called me and told me it was ready for pickup, After about a month of it being there before I even made it home, the vehicle was not driving properly and even died on the interstate While driving I took it back to their service department the following morning and ask them to look at it again. They ran diagnostics and after a longer delay determined that it was the coil packs they replace. The coil packs called me to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived at the service department. I paid for the repair. Went out to drive my vehicle home and it died in their parking lot. Apparently it was not the coil packs I went back into the service department told them that they had not completed the repair and asked him to look at it again. This pattern continued to the point that they had had my vehicle for 6 months before they were able to successfully diagnose and repair my vehicle during that time. I also asked them to do the standard oil change service on it. I begin receiving text messages that my vehicle was overdue for service while it was still at the service department well, I have no issues with the quality of customer service. I received the quality control of their repair and service team leaves much to be desired even after completing the standard oil change service on my vehicle. The reminder tag that they put on my window says that it is not due for another oil change for 50,000 mi. The lack of quality control is one of the main reasons that I cannot recommend this service department to anyone

Don't go here for service unless you have an appointment. Even in the express lane. I was the only one there and the lady at the desk said she could work me in. Said it could take an hour. Called service manage to complain and he wasn't in his office.Express Lane to me means fast and easy. First in first out. Not anymore.I've been to another Dodge dealer that said the same thing and I ended up being there 5.5 hours. No thank you.

Of the several times I've dealt with them they have been friendly. But they also cannot seem to keep an appointment time that they choose and their prices are always at the top of the tristate average. Edit: this is specifically for the dealership. I Have no review on the service dept.

Very pleased with the service department. 2020 Charger needed oil change and alignment. Local dealer in Hopkinsville quoted me over 230 dollars. I ask about the alignment being under any warranty due to low miles they said no. Decided to go to watermark because it was only 12 miles difference and the cost of the alignment was 40% less. Thanks to the service staff and their knowledge about warranty, my alignment was covered because it was under 10k miles. Saved me a couple hundred bucks and earned my business being honest.

On a recent road trip, our 2016 Ram 1500 began losing power and a red warning light appeared on the dash. Being over 100 miles from home, we googled the nearest Dodge dealership and were relieved to see there was one less than one mile away. When my husband went into the service area, the staff was very rude. My husband asked if they could possibly run diagnostics on the truck, which is still under warranty, just so we could figure out if it was even safe to try to drive back home. They refused to help, telling us they could look at it in two weeks... He reiterated that we were over 100 miles from home and was concerned about doing more damage if we continued to drive it. The women working were very dismissive, telling us that there was another Dodge dealership about 50 miles away and “good luck making it back there…” Fortunately, we were able to make it back home safely and get it in to our local dealership the following day. We would not recommend Watermark’s service department to anyone.
