Waited 3 hrs for new tires. Was not updated about any delays. A Beeny broke a tire sensor and had to replace it. Totally unacceptable

Our vehicle broke down on the way back home. I contacted Watermark, and they didn't hesitate to help us. They hooked us up with a tow service, and made sure we contacted them when it was on the way. When we arrived, Ms Lisa Vincent was truly amazing. She got all of our vehicle information, and always made sure we felt like we weren't a burden. They went out of their way to help us when they could have sent us elsewhere. We can't say enough great things about Watermark.

Best car buying experience I ever had. Ordered the vehicle and was notified as soon as it arrived, did paper work on line and was in and out of dealership in 1 hour with our me Rav4. The sales manager Derrick was great to work with and keep me informed through the whole process

Bought a vehicle from Watermark Toyota a few weeks ago and Gabe was our salesman. He is down to earth and very easy to deal with. I will definitely work with him again on future purchases.

Fixed my 21 charger up and literally feels and runs better than ever before. Chase is cool and easy to deal with and Scott really knows his stuff great job 10/10.

We have visited this dealership a few times for service, and the staff at this dealership are super sweet. It is easy to schedule a service appointment, the service is quick and professional.I want to say a special thanks to Nicole in the service department, she is a professional about hearing my car issues, getting them resolved quickly, and also she is amazing with kiddos. My daughter didn't want to leave because she bonded with Nicole, haha.. It was cute.Great experience and we look forward to seeing them again soon.

I didn’t end up purchasing a car here because I just live too far away and couldn’t make it work, BUT I wanted to write in and say that Shelbi in used sales was so sweet and beyond helpful. There was a car I was looking at and she went above and beyond answering my questions and providing me with all the info I needed.In the end I just couldn’t make it down there with my schedule and how far I live but their customer service was great.

I brought in my Prius for a tire rotation, that same night my daughter borrowed the Prius, one of the tires fell off and the car was totaled. She was banged up but fine. I can't forgive their service for almost killing my daughter.

Just heads up if you get your oil change at Toyota Watermark in Madisonville. They don’t really check your other fluids, tires or break pads, etc like they say on their checklist. My pads are almost metal on metal after my oil change last week.

Absolutely the most crooked dealership you could possibly do business with. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to end up with a broken vehicle and their warranty means nothing. Everyone from the salesmen to the President are just liars and shady businessmen. Tell your family and friends - don’t be fooled. They talk a good game when you buy, but it fades quickly when they are asked to uphold their agreement.

This is my first visit here, just moved here from WA, what a totally diff experience, in WA a service person greets you, inspects your car for damage and marks it if there is any is , no question if they did the damage. I walk in the service area and no one greeted me, I had to ask a customer if I was in the right place. The lack of a pre inspection makes me very uncomfortable and lack of professionalism. I hope my first impression is wrong. After reading another review I should have taken pics before coming here. We will see, first impressions are critical . Once my the service was completed, I asked if air pressure was checked for my tires and apparently it is not. That is one thing I have always relied on Toyota to do for me because I have issues trying to put air in my tires let more out than I put in. So I will request that in the future. Otherwise things were fine, it was just a different experience but it’s going from big city to small city and it’s just an adjustment to get used to.

I always go here for my oil change and tire rotation, been going here since 2014, we bought 2 cars from there. But up until the last few times the service seems to be getting worse. But this last service did me in, to where Im going to go to another Toyota and get my car serviced. I only had a tire rotation and it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to finally call my name to get my car. What is going on back there!?It should not take that long for a rotation. Tabatha used to work there and she was so nice and she took good care of us. Now the employees are total opposite. They don’t welcome you, I felt like I wanted to crawl in a hole when I walked in the door. They are not helpful, not kind. It’s hard to trust them with our vehicles with that kind of attitude and service. Watermark needs to do better.
