“The manager of the store is super nice, and takes care of their customers. I ordered a stove online, they didnt have that particular model in store. They had to drive 2 hours there, and 2 hours back just to get the model range I wanted, from another store. On the day they were originally supposed to deliver, they had an emergent situation with staffing, and she didn't have any staff to deliver. She called me, and explained the situation. She was super nice, and apologized profusely I understood the staffing situation, as its beyond her control when emergencies happen. She sat up an appointment 2 days later and guaranteed the delivery would happen. And the delivery happened as she promised. I periodically called for updates, and the manager was super nice and had the information I needed. The people at this store are great!”
