I pulled into drive thru at 6:45 didn’t get to order until 7:04 still sitting in drive thru at 7:30 my nephew walked to Sappho restaurant while I was in drive thru ordered his food and walked back I never moved. This is ridiculous! There is no reason for this kind of service.

Me and my family had to pick up some food for my grandmother. We ordered online: a small meal with only a few things in it. It took an HOUR for the food to get done and so one of us went in to wait. Four drive thu people, one door dash order, and another person who ordered inside got their food. We reminded the lady at the register and she yelled back there that they had an online order still waiting. And an extremely rude lady started groaning about it. She then continued to gossip while she was making the food back there and TOSSED the order on the counter to where the lid popped open. The food is good but they REALLy need to fix their attitude because that is not how you should treat a customer.

Captain D's has changed. No more bar for pickles, onions, sauces etc. Sauces available in prepackaged cups at the counter.Food is about the same.

They were out of ketchup entirely and didn't bother to tell anyone before ordering fries as a side. Not even a "sorry" when they informed me there was none upon bringing my food out.

They never have rice. Their grilled chicken is always in the frerzor, the original fish has a taste that its not suppose to have.

I've gone to the Mayfield location from time to time. Out of the numerous times I have gone, only one time (around the lunch hour) was the service adequate quick and the food near perfection. Most the time, the drive thru is slow. I think they may have a difficult time keeping cooks and employers. Some times the fish is very overcooked, or dry, or just plain bad. It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you'll get.

This was a joke, ordered online. Received a $100 gift card for Christmas because I enjoyed eating at Captain D's till now. Placed order, received call said grill was down, told me to cancel order they could not, I explained I placed order as guest and couldn't pull back up, employee called general manager, GM said to call corporate they had no control, I requested raincheck just make order tomorrow and I would pickup, this is obviously the punchline.... employee said "we blew fuse and doubt grill be working tomorrow". I asked for number and was told only could go online to get money back. Asked for number to talk to someone, no number available. I asked for a complaint number, no number possible. This is ridiculous and I have wasted an hour over all this. I'm out $26+ and hour of my night after work. I tried to reach a logical conclusion but the employee seemed bother to even deal with me not to mention the lack of professionalism. This GM didn't feel need to call customer (me), and if this is how the owner runs his locations well congratulations you took my Mother for $100 of her money she spent on Christmas gift (btw she is on fixed income and retired from food service industry) because of this is how a GM and trusted employee are allowed to behave ik scared to eat or visit anymore locations. Pathetic and utterly ridiculous

Ordered 2 pieces of fish.i got less than a teaspoon of fish combined. The pieces were skinny, overcooked ,crunchy batter. I couldn't even bite into them. What happened ? usually the fish is delicious.

Drive thru, so slow. Took about 15 mins sitting at speaker to get order taken. That doesn't include time waiting to get to speak and time waiting to get to window to wait on my order. Never seen a drive thru so slow.
