She was very helpful and friendly so I’m changing to 5 stars.I placed an online order for a premium car, but regrettably received a car of a lower tier. Despite promptly calling to request an exchange for the vehicle I initially desired, I was informed that I would receive a response by 2 PM yesterday, which unfortunately never occurred. Given my responsibilities as a registered nurse serving 16 counties and the fact that I have three children, a better car is imperative as I often work out of it. It's disheartening to recount the disappointing customer service I've experienced, coupled with a blatant unfulfilled promise. As my patients and families often value my recommendations, I regret that I cannot endorse this establishment and will be a spokesperson of such.”
