I get a monthly scrip for pain meds from my pain doctor. The last several months, when I call, I'm told the scrip will be ready. Right before I leave, I call again to make sure, & I'm told that it's too early to fill. I don't live by the store; I have to drive in town. Last month, I spoke to a male asst in the pharmacy about this & he said, "Well, you should still have some left over." How rude! Plus, it's none of his business whether I do or don't have any left over. I've put up with this terrible customer service long enough!

the pharmacist was very rude and ugly and not helpful at all, I do not recommend their pharmacy, they lack basic human respect for their patients.

Pharmacy automated system needs work big time. For weeks it has been failing to hear any of the things I say, hear any of the numbers I type, or connect me to any person. Seriously takes half an hour every time I need to call.

I only went to the pharmacy department because my regular pharmacy is closed today. I ask for a certain medicine and the women working there was not helpful or cared even to help. Each question I had, was a no or we don’t have any. Like serious you don’t have flu or cold medicine???? She was rude and useless. Not going there ever again !!!

They gave me the wrong medication. When I went back I was told the wanted me to take one a day instead of 2 as the cardiologist ordered. Could have killed me. Not going back

Whenever you call it’s almost impossible to get through to the pharmacy I have actually stayed on the line for over 10 minutes waiting I’m thinking about changing to another pharmacy maybe then my prescriptions will be ready and I won’t have to wait why they order medicine

Prescription not filled because insurance wanted a preauthorization but the clerk at CVS failed to convey that message, instead said prescription was not sent from MD office. Very poor working and communication skills. I ended up using GoodRx.com and the prescription was cheaper than with my insurance - go figure! May be finding a more efficiènt pharmacy.
