We got a cruze 3 months ago for our daughter it has been good car for her first car the sales staff has been great . She ran out of gas today and Tate was able to get gas to her and made sure she made ot to caseys . Thank you Tate for helping her you guys are the best !!!!!!!

Returned uhaul back the way I got it and was charged a cleaning fee. Horrible experience but I guess they needed the money more than I do. Don’t waste your time with this business.

Horrible experience the people at the place are money hungry even with their uhaul rentals. They over price their cars and don’t give any customer service. Dont recommend this place at all. If any go to the EZ way in Paducah instead much better selection and better service.

Stopped on Saturday morning, didn't have a Uhaul available. Salesman, assured me that the other Mayfield location would have one reserved for me the following morning. Arrived at that other location sunday to discover it's closed on Saturday and Sunday, there was no truck reserved. Left in the cold with no way to move. Was told by Uhaul customer service there was a guarantee on the reservation and I'd get a refunded amount. Local Uhaul area manager called and said i wasn't entitled to the refund and he stopped it. The Salesman at this location should not have made promises he couldn't keep. Had to arrange another truck from another town the following weekend.

I just want to brag on these kind people. 2 years ago I purchased a car that has been top of the line and I am going to be paying it off soon and the car still runs perfect. I lost my keys and they were so quick to help. Even offered to come to me if needed. Anytime I have needed anything along the way of purchasing and paying for this car- they have provided excellent customer service and I'm a Customer Service Supervisor. Lots of times we can be the hardest to please. The team over at EZ Way is rock solid and I am so happy to be their customer.

Great deal. Easy process. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Highly recommended to avoid the hurdles and pressure of a conventional dealership.
Just bought our second vehicle from them and the experience was still just as simple and pleasant as the first time. Great people. Great service.

I highly recommend E-Z way auto sales in Mayfield ky the sales man Tate is very sweet and honest he was really understanding and helpful helping me and my husband find the perfect vehicle for our family!!!
