Tell you they will work with you as long as you make payments regularly. I did, and when I needed gas again, was told they couldn't do anything. And it was 8 degrees outside! Got money for them and they were supposed to bring gas yesterday. Ran out completely at 7pm last night, and it's already noon the next day. I still haven't heard anything from them.

Miranda was excellent at getting me my gas before this winter storm is supposed to hit. I was down at 30% but have a stand alone generator that suck about 7% everyday it runs and with possible ice storm coming in knew i would lose power and then in a couple days be out of gas which runs my whole house. So glad she got me what I needed.

We have been with Graves County Propane for several years. Miranda Daniel often goes the extra mile in making sure that we are being taken care of. She always makes sure that our needs are taken care of. We have dealt with many people throughout our lives. Miranda is absolutely one of the best that we have dealt with.

Miranda Daniels did a great job of addressing all my concerns today regarding scheduling a gas turn on. She also made sure my account was correctly updated and an old account separated and placed under a correct current account holder. Ms. Daniels also eliminated information being on an old account that is no longer relevant. She was very professional throughout the conversation.
