“Went to Lowes 6/16/24, the day was so hot and humid. My husband and I bought 10 bags of sand and we want to thank Emily and Matthew (in lumber department). They were both so very kind and helpful , Matthew went above and beyond for us loaded all the sand on the cart then took it out to our truck and literally loaded all for us. This was the best customer service we have ever had here at Lowes. I wish more businesses had people like Emily and Matthew employed.”
