I ordered a purse from Jonah Brown Boutique. It was too small to hold my cellphone. This store wouldn’t credit my Discover card and issued a store gift card. Never in my 60 years have I ever had any store to refuse to credit my account. If you are ordering from this store, you better think twice about doing business with them. I live in a different state and nobody in their right mind would order clothes from there who lives in a different state. I will dispute this with my credit card company. Never would I ever spend $1 in this store. Poor business practices. I will also file a report with the BBB and attorney general in the state of KY. Honestly, the worst place I have ever done business with.

I went shopping with my 6 week old baby and she was wide awake as soon as we pulled up. I was terrified she would cry while being in there but they welcomed her and offered for me to put her car seat behind the counter with them so I could shop. It was so nice and they were so helpful as I was shopping. They are truly a hometown boutique. Keep them in mind when shopping local this holiday season. ♥️

When the sales associate states that you will receive credit on your credit card if you return something DO NOT believe them. They will only give you store credit. After specifically asking if I could get credit to card. I have purchased MANY things from the shop but I will NOT purchase anything from them again. I support all the local business and will continue the other stores

I always have the hardest time finding clothes that fit me right and normally end up leaving discouraged. Today Kaytlyn and Brittany went above and beyond to find the perfect outfits for me! Everyone is always so sweet and helpful!
