Went to Lowes 6/16/24, the day was so hot and humid. My husband and I bought 10 bags of sand and we want to thank Emily and Matthew (in lumber department). They were both so very kind and helpful , Matthew went above and beyond for us loaded all the sand on the cart then took it out to our truck and literally loaded all for us. This was the best customer service we have ever had here at Lowes. I wish more businesses had people like Emily and Matthew employed.

Joe at the Mayfield Lowes was super helpful and listened to all my questions and was knowledgeable and if he didn't know where it was he found it in a timely manner and stayed with me until I had everything I needed.

The Pitt Boss grill I bought only parts of the app work and Pitt boss says they are working on it but the don’t know when they’ll get it fixed.If I had it to do over or if I could return it I’d do it , I’d buy a different brand

Had an electrician try to help in plumbing trying to find fittings and valves they didn't have. Wasted 2 hrs.

Never had any troubles here. All though computer issues happen which is exactly what I went through the other night. Doing the whole self check out, went to pay, put 2 100 dollar bills in. Machine went haywire. I was given 1 of th bills back and explained I had put 2 in. The gal that handled the situation did it with nothing less then professionalism. Had a little bit of a wait, but these employees have policy to follow amd due to no action of thiers I dint mind the wait. While she went through the cameras to ensure I did put more in than it gave back, she had apologized a few times. Not her fault, but to do her job while making sure I was good and how calmly. That is the type of employee every place should have working the front. Computers crash, ithappens. Anyhow, after taking the appropriate time and actions, the rest of the money was brought to the service desk, (again apologized) where I was hanging out while waiting. Finished my transaction and was on my way. Great service and a great lead...

Ordered a washer and dryer, they rescheduled delivery twice, and then claimed they tried to deliver, but nobody was home, all while I was sitting on my front porch waiting for them. Can't say anything about shopping in store, but if you're ordering something for delivery, think twice.Edit 2-8-2024 for owner's response: you've got all the info to reach out to me and make this right, the fact that you haven't compounds the delivery failure. I wish I could give zero stars.

This is probably my least favorite Lowe's. Some days you can get service if you ask, but it is normal to walk around the store looking for something and be ignored by employees. I've been shopping this store for ten years due to location and the employee customer interaction has not improved, which leads me to believe the employee responses are a result of the management culture. I've begun paying more to shop my local hardware store... .

The guy who works in shower section nice guy and helpful we brought shower walls and they are damaged from shipment we went to exchanged them today and would not do a even exchange stupid same price and exact same item had to return to my card and now I have to wait until tomorrow to buy them again! Such a dumb policy and waste of time and gas! To make extra trip and all they do is give you the run around I wish Home Depot was in mayfield I would sure go there

UPDATE 01-19-2024 STILL BE BOTHERED ABOUT INSTALLS. We ask for a refund on Installations. Over a week ago, it falls on deaf ears. We have vinyl flooring rolled up in out small living for at least 16 days. We add to move furniture back and forth from kitchen to living room. My wife and I are seniors, I been told I have Parkinsons. I've been totally disable since 2016. My wife has been disabled since 1999. First Install date was Like 1-03-24, canceled because of Covid, Ok I understand that. Given a date on 10th, they don't show up or call. They were scheduled to come on the 10, and the 11th. We had to cancel the 11th because our living room was in the kitchen. Where most of it is at today still. We live in a 1,054 sq foot home. There is no room. I would attach photos if I could. Its a mess! They give us a date of the 19th and the 24th. We had enough! The 19th I think was the vinyl. I told someone on your 800 number, we would take the vinyl and the carpeting. But ANY Installers from Lowes.through Lowes is not going to happen. We don't if its FREE. No way! We have a 22,000 dollar rebath order through Lowes. If this keeps up we WILL Cancel that too. About 8-10 years at Lowes we had a front door we wanted installed in Barlow. They screwed that up too. Kept our money for months. Said the home could not support the door. Why didn't they check it before keeping our money? Its our fault for trusting Lowes once again Here's another, we order a stackable washer & dryer. I ordered 2 different cords 3 prong & a 4 prong. Because I could not move out the old washer to see. Anyway they bring out 1 cord, the wrong one of course. We have to wait 5 days for them to return to hook it up. just to bring out the correct cord. They leave, no washers in the hoses. Leaks like crazy, no dryer vent hose put on, found the cramp to secure the power cord to the machine in the box. Waited 5 days, and I ended up doing it myself. Minus the clamp, Would I recommend Lowes for anything. I would have to say HELL NO, not in a million years. I will drive to Home Depot for anything else I need from here on out. And its 55 miles one way! I will never,ever return to any Lowes in any town. I Promise! I hope I answered your question. You have a nice night, I will. Just for getting this out.
