I had a great experience! At most dealerships buying a vehicle is an all day process. I pulled into the lot and met my salesman Todd, who was very helpful and made the buying process easy. Whst sold me was finding out Perkins is a Christian owned Business!

Walked into Perkins Motor Plex in Jackson, TN on a Tuesday during my lunchbreak and spoke with David Criswell. Explained that my car had been totaled a few weeks ago and went over the options I needed on a replacement vehicle. He took me to the lot and I drove a Toyota RAV4. I went back to work and he called with the final numbers and said I was approved. By 5pm the same day my vehicle was delivered to my house. They made the deal super easy. In the future, I will definitely check with them if I need a different vehicle.

I purchased a 2021 ram 2500 “As Is”. 11 days later it rained and I have a roof leak which wasn’t disclosed to me during the purchase and they refused to pay $179.99 for me to get it checked out.
This isnt right that I wasn’t notified of the roof leaking before I purchased the truck. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This was by far the easiest, fastest, and least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Stephen, Natalie, and their coworkers made this as smooth as possible. I would recommend Perkins to anyone and will definitely do business with them again!
