I went to Walgreens to purchase Christmas gifts which were on sale. Well. All of them except one Whitmans sugar free. All others o sale. I inquired and was told a flat no. I still don't mind shopping there. Photo is pretty cool. Prices are good. So what about the other products

Walgreens Pharmacy in Mayfield KY has truly impressed me. Their exceptional customer service and friendly faces was a sight for sore eyes. The pharmacy wait time was low and they answered every question I had with a smile. Keep up the great work!

A few months ago I was very frustrated with this pharmacy due to lots of amateur mistakes occurring constantly. Thankfully a better manager stepped in and it's now running like it's supposed to. No more issues of prescriptions not being ready on time or being incorrect since he took over. He actually called me a week or two ago to ask how I was doing on a new medication, and we talked at length about lots of issues I've faced with the location previously and with my insurance, that never would have happened under the old management. It can be a bit of a wait to get them on the phone because they actually take their time with everybody now. Anyone complaining clearly hasn't noticed how much better the service is when you do get through. Great job Nathan, keep up the good work, I greatly appreciate it :)

Mayfield Walgreens, these people never answer their phones. They will pick up and then immediately put you back on hold. And when you put prescriptions on automatic refill, it never refills, it says pending and then we have to call them to tell them to refill it, but then again, you’ll be waiting for at least 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. ??♂️

This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely horrible. With my brother being a Dr, wife being a nurse, and entire family in the medical field I am fully aware of the issues with people filling medications too early. But they expect a patient thats had 9 back surgeries to wake up and drive 30 miles with absolutely no meds, and we aren't talking opiates. We are talking a Neurological medicine that's used to block the signal from the nerve to the brain. Everyone fills on the 30th day. Not this Walgreens.

Check your prescriptions before you leave the drive-thru! They have given me the wrong medications on 2 separate occasions. The 1st time, they wouldn’t allow me to return one because “I had already left the store.” The 2nd time, I didn’t realize it until I opened the package to take it at night, right around the time the pharmacy was closing. When I called them to make the complaint known, they didn’t even apologize! The worst part was that I couldn’t get the medication I need to sleep until the next morning.

I wish I had read the reviews before sending my prescription here. They told me to come back at 5. Waited almost an HOUR in the drive thru. Said still needed more time. Waited another 30 minutes in the store. “One forgot to be processed” and had to wait longer. DONT waste your time. Walmart would have been ready in 10 minutes.

I used to be pleased with Walgreens in Mayfield but now it takes 2-3 days to get a prescription filled. My husband called all of his in 2 days ahead. He went to pick up they told him it would be 15 more min and after a hour they finally had them but they were not correct. I have gone several times never able to get them always having to wait a day or two. Today my husband had surgery and I had to get his pain medicine I was told 1 hour and I waited and went back and was told they had the label on the bottle but it would be another hour. Well I had had it I ask for my prescription back and went to Stones which btw covered up and they had it filled in 13 minutes and mind you I haven't been there in years and they still did it. I think they are the best in Mayfield

I've been trading with the pharmacy since it opened a few yrs ago. No longer happy with customer service. It must be a training store since nobody stays including the pharmacists.

Who is this tall smug guy that wears the white coat? He needs to be put in check. He made my wife wait til today to pick up her script and she should have been able to get it yesterday. She had to suffer all day until I could get off work and go get it. You cannot do people this way. I have to agree, Thos dude is a fkin joke and idiot.
