Day 3 no returned call for 2 missed appointments they even asked me to confirm the day of. Two days work missed, still no internet still no courtesy call. Haven’t even acknowledged me but have my bank account for money for a service not provided.

Was quoted wrong mutiple times. Double charged for down-payment. No one has a boss or corporate to call. Misled about pricing and overall the worst place for internet. Spectrum is better
