Dollar General on Double A in Mason Co, is a joke. I bought an item there, and somehow lost the receipt. The item I bought fell apart within 30 min of buying it. When I called to ask how we could handle this, he (the employee) told me that no receipt, sorry there is nothing they will do. I paid for it on a debit card and have the transaction number to look it up, yet the answer was no. That is a poor way to run any business.

They do not honor your application coupons here, and when you ask about it, they're rude. The night manager even got into the middle of my phone conversation, and told me to shut up. I will never ever ever return to this store. The employees worry too much about Shayla, that they couldn't even help me. The employees acted very childish, will never return. I am now calling corporate about this behavior, and about my application coupon. Not worth the aggravation. Better off going somewhere else.
