One cashier open and the self check out is a joke. Long line to both. Wife purchased 38 items and no less than 4 times they had to come over to reset the machine because the area for items keep saying that she didn't put the item in the bag. Mind you the space for the scale is too small for a full week of groceries.

The first three carts I try to get are stuck to another. If they can’t take the time to have carts that are available then what other corners will they cut?

In a small town where the local bakery is not open on Saturday or sunday I am unhappy with Kroger bakery. If you need cupcakes they won’t put white icing. They only have enough food coloring in them to turn your lips, teeth and tongue colored. I am sure kids love it but give the adults a choice

This place is a joke. I use to love Kroger because the one where I use to live had the nicest employees, and they kept it so so clean. This one is dirty. Not just a little sticky on the floor, or dust on the shelves. I don't know what it is, but like, the air feels dirty.I've still shopped here but by doing curbside pick up. Walking around their store just makes me depressed. There have been a lot of mistakes when I order my groceries through their app. They usually either don't give me a few of my items, or I get random ones that must have been from someone else's order. I've overlooked it so far and tried not to let it stress me out completely. But last weekend when I ordered groceries, it was just the final straw. Their employees (most not all) are extremely rude and incompetent.I get there to pick up my order, and the guy loads the groceries before telling me that their "terminals" are broken and he will have to take my EBT card into the store to swipe it. I had two things that were not food items and wouldn't be covered by my EBT card, and told him they'd need paid for with my debit card. He said Okay, and asked for the PIN numbers. I didn't mind giving the one for my EBT card, because it's just the pandemic EBT card and really, no one is going to do much with that. But I never never give away my debit card PIN number, and it's a PIN I use for several different things. So I told him that. He said, Okay, then I'll run it as credit. I said okay.Throughout my wait, I dealt with 3, all very rude, employees. They continued to treat me like a "Karen," like I was making their minimum wage job so hard on them, by being difficult. YET.They wanted to run my debit card as credit, I said Okay. They said it wouldn't work, I offered cash. They said No, we can't accept cash.I offered to return the items, they didn't respond but walked away for more deliberation. They said I'd have to go into the store to pay, I said Okay. Then they asked if they could use the debit card that I had on file with the app from where I've ordered before, and I said Sure. Finally they come back out with my debit card and say, never mind, we got it to run as credit...So they did a lot wrong in my opinion on this trip. Asking for my personal identification number. Their terminals broken down. Rude staff. Wait time, made even longer by their indecisiveness. I was completely offended and annoyed. Especially at the fact that they acted like I was the one being difficult by not giving out my private info, when I was agreeable to anything else that they suggested!I'll do my shopping elsewhere to avoid this kind of aggravation again and recommend that others do as well. But to each their own.

I can not say enough about Kroger clicklist and management. Being able to do my click-list and add to the order with ease when I can't find an item online or forgot. Always so kind and helpful. Thanks for taking on streser off this momma

This Kroger is absolutely huge. I mean gigantic, I mean like as big as a city block. Coming from a town where there is quite literally a Publix supermarket on every block, getting to go to a Kroger is a treat. Not that I don't like Publix, I love they way they treat me like a customer and all of that. But the selection of food in this triple sized store is quite amazing. The parking lot appeared full when we got here, but inside the store it was not so crowded that you couldn't move around. Unlike back home, where if there are two people and carts in the aisle, then you can forget about going down it because you will never get through. These aisles are wide enough to drive a golf cart down, and you could still tee up and hit your driver from the meat section out the front door (ok, so I would have to use a fairway iron to make it out the front door. Suffice it to say, I am impressed.

Very upset with Kroger click list. I've had an order in and time slot reserved since Tuesday and they told me they were an hour and a half behind that I would have to wait at least an hour. Definitely not ok. I cancelled my whole order. I do click list every week and you just lost an over $100 order and as mad as I am I may never do it again.

I went to Kroger and was looking through their cake book for my daughter's birthday. I asked the baker if they had Halloween themed cakes and she said she could make one. Omg it was seriously the best Halloween cake we have had yet! It tasted so good as well.

Wow! Kroger Clicklist=Amazing! Last night I put $200 of groceries in my clicklist cart on line. Today my husband went to pick them up at the time he scheduled. It took exactly 6 minutes from the time in pulled in line, and they brought the groceries out and loaded them in the car, until he pulled away. We have been waiting for this service for quit awhile, but we never dreamed it would be this awesome.
