Kroger delivery terrible. Bad meat, old bruised fruit, and being told by delivery person they were totally out of ALL lactose free milk...Customer service will not answer the phone until you call 4 times in a row, then female very rude and said, just tell me what dept you want.

Nice atmosphere. They moved the store around again. 🙄 Sign stated 1000 items with lower prices. The lie detector test says that is not true. More expensive than ever. I suppose to pay for those fancy new carts.

There was an add on my wife’s Kroger app for whole beef brisket for $2.99 per pound, the stores close to were she works didn’t have any so I call Kroger in Maysville Ky. the meat man said yes we have them come get them, so I drove to Maysville, got there he weighed them put a price on them of $5.99 per pound, he said the people at the checkout will adjust the price, they looked at me like I was growing another head and said there is nothing we can do, needless to say I didn’t get the three I had in my cart, so don’t believe anything they say on the phone

At the beginning of June 2025 I ordered online, fried chicken and a fruit tray for a graduation party. Website said place order 24 hrs before. I did that. On the day of pickup the person in the deli said there was no order. She investigated and determined that their process failed as no one printed the ticket and prepared the order. Offered to make the order but it would take an additional 30 minutes, I told them to forget it as I was on my way to the graduation party.
Fast forward to today, As I was checking out I had a pack of water on the bottom of the cart. I informed the cashier twice about it and she in turn decided to talk to me like I was a child. We all half rough days but that is not how you talk to a customer. I called to speak to a supervisor to let them know about my experience but we all know nothing will be said to the cashier.
Also today there was only 2 check out lines opened and 1 bagger and of course the self check out between the 6 to 7 pm time frame.

Let me get straight to the point. One of my clipped coupons did not take on my receipt. I went to the customer service and they promptly refunded me the difference. Great customer service and I appreciated that. Will return to this location.

I ordered my daughter some cupcakes for her baby shower a week in advance they were supposed to say it’s a boy when I picked them up it was just cupcakes no it’s a boy said they did them this morning and didn’t have it’s a boy no phone call no nothing worse thing ever I will never order from them again showed up with plan Jane cupcakes for my daughters first baby / baby shower how sad

I enjoy shopping here but it's very hard to find a small cart now and I won't push a large cart as they're too cumbersome, especially in slim aisles overcrowded by displays and case stacks. If I can't find a small cart I'll just use a basket and/or not purchase as much as I intended to.
A lot of things are actually sold out with other items(often more expensive) plugged in their place, so keep an eye on your prices when checking out.
Prices also need to come back down on everything. Wages for a lot of folks aren't increasing yet rent and groceries keep going up. Greed is going to collapse us.
ETA: Also, a lot of folks work third shift and we don't even have time to think before places are closing before we're up and functional. It would be nice to have extended hours again, at least to 2/3am if not full 24hr. Friday 8/31/24, your parking lot was full at closing so 10pm is definitely too early for a lot of other folks too. I had to finish my shopping at Walmart since they close later.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is immaculate. The prices are great, and comparable to other stores in the area. More options for products that you want and need than in many big boxstores!

All Produce is good and priced as normal. Store clean shelves stocked and plenty of variety to choose from. Same as last visit good quality for a grocery store. Big selection
