Walgreens has a clean inside. The staff is friendly. The PHARMACY changed from RiteAid, giving a 3 star rating; wait time is horrible inside and at the drive‑thru, so a more efficient system is needed. Helpful and courteous staff, commitment to go above and beyond is amazing despite occasional delays and being understaffed. The pharmacy offers over‑the‑counter medicines that are hard to find in Maysville, staff helps with photo orders.
The associate, Malcolm was outstanding. She made me feel like I was important and glad to be waiting on me. She knows her stuff and remember me from previous visits and that means a lot to me. Keep her.

New management seems to have made a big, positive change. The atmosphere is friendly, and a manager who is present and helpful makes a world of difference. Shelves have new, organized products, and it feels clean & new. I have high hopes for increasing & improving pharmacy services as well!

You can definitely tell there is a new manager. The store just has a whole different feeling. All the shelves are stocked with new stuff and the employees are all very friendly.
