The service is awful, data is constantly dropping to a 3G or 1XData service and there’s no hope for it working. In roaming service it will not be good at all it constantly drops to no service and Hass to be put in airplane mode or you have to restart the phone for it to work do not recommend a Appalachian Wireless if you want something worth having go to something such as Verizon or straight talk that has good quality that runs off of the Appalachian towers went in Jackson County

The store itself is ok. However the service stinks. You call and tell them what plan you need and get a quote and when you get your bill it is totally different than what they told you on the phone. Being a loyal customer for years doesnt mean anything to them. They give you unlimit talk because after 5 minutes you lose service .I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unlimited talk, text and data for 2 phones is 200.00. a month not the 140.00 they quote you on the phone. Do not sign a contract with them.

The staff is always incredibly helpful. For some things there is just not substitute to talking to someone face to face to get information. There can be a bit of a wait, especially when only one person is working. I can see where that would be a pain for anyone in a hurry. Fortunately it's never really been an issue for me.
