Ken Shackelford is great. I have always gotten great help from him and Donna. They always answered my questions and helped me decide the right decisions. Even after no longer having a loan from them , I can call him anytime and he helps me make the right decision.Ken is doing a great job following in his dads footsteps. I not only would recommend him for Citizens bank because if his kindness and honesty, but I love his love for Christ. So yes if you need anything Ken Shackelford is awesome. All the staff are great.
