Campbell County Animal Shelter is a caring and friendly place where staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help the animals, answering all questions and making sure each pet and adopter are a good fit. The shelter keeps the kennel clean and sanitized, with all animals well cared for and spoiled. They treat the animals with respect, just like their own, and take extra time to work on training. The shelter does everything possible to avoid having to euthanize animals. When adopting, people receive a goody bag with toys, treats, food, a warm blanket, and a new leash, collar, and harness, which helps make an easy transition for the pet. Staff are honest about each animal's description and information. They are recommended for anyone looking to adopt a pet.
