We paid for enough food for 100 guests at our wedding at riverside gardens on September 21st 2024 and we only had about 40 guests actually attended. They brought just barely enough food for the guests we did have. They were also very unprofessional. They came with only two people to serve the food (attendants were supposed to be provided to serve) they claimed to be short staffed. When we came to get our food they had two of our guests serving food with them. Also cake cutting was supposed to be included with our service and we had to basically hunt down the staff to get them to cut the cake. We were also extremely disappointed in the food quality. Everything seemed to be either cold or just luke warm. The fried chicken tasted disgusting and was sweet for some reason. They also do not provide drinks other than coffee and tea which is very unusual for a catering company. Needless to say we were very disappointed and felt our money was wasted and we were embarrassed at what should have been one of the happiest day of our lives.

Food was amazing at my wedding. The head server came over to check in with me to make sure that everything was OK. We even had a lovely conversation. Our family and guest appreciated a kid friendly option that we added. I appreciated the set up of our cake and mini cupcakes. They also cut and served our cake!

Jack's catered my wedding of 200 people on 05/24/24, and they did an overall great job! The food was very good (not amazing but good food especially for the price). The staff were friendly and professional. My wedding ceremony and reception were held at the same venue, and Jack's was scheduled to arrive during the ceremony. They were very quiet and did not disturb anything! They packaged up the leftovers for us to take home. All in all, I would recommend Jack's as a good value and easy to work with catering option!

Used Jacks catering for my wedding and honestly super disappointed. We got the taco bar and a lot of my guest complained about how the food was seasoned, it was cold and just really didn't taste good. Ended up throwing all my leftovers away which was all of it. They were easy to work with but I would've went with a different menu if I knew how the food was going to be.

Food was great! We had a tasting with them! We absolutely loved the food but due to the mixed reviews we decided to go with another company! Beef tips was our favorite!

Saturday 12-9-23. Jack's took us on last minute for a wedding for 250 people. Best choice we could have made. Very professional and food was fantastic. I received so many compliments. Thank you all!

Overall, we were pleased with our decision to go with Jack’s catering for our wedding. For the price, it was a great option. Everyone raved about how amazing the beef tips were, and a lot of people loved the baked potato bar. The chicken we ordered (Parmesan bacon chicken) was very dry though which was unfortunate as we loved that option when we tried it for our tasting (my guess is the drive was the issue for that). They also arrived about 15 minutes late-my bridesmaids were worrying about that since they cut it pretty close, but the food was all out and ready when it was time to eat, so all in all it was a good meal! We had leftovers of most of the items (no salad or rolls, but there’s a chance all of those were eaten). They did do the cake cutting for us as promised as well. I did not see any coffee, but I very well could have missed it in the business of the day. They made sure to give me a receipt before they left as well, and the staff that came were very polite and professional.

I had Jacks cater my wedding on Saturday October 7th 2023. Honestly my biggest regret for my wedding.The most rude workers.They were so unprofessional and very unpleasant toward my mother especially.... one of the workers was not paying attention (decided to carry food through the room my wedding party and I were lined up in right as we are about to walk down the isle) and stepped on my train.He almost dumped stuff on my dress thank god he managed not to fall. To make it worse the food was cold and not good. The chicken was the worst could not taste the Bourbon glaze. Appetizers being decent is the only reason I'm even giving 2 stars but they didn't have enough for everyone.Get what you pay for I guess and this was still not worth what I paid. So very disappointing.

We utilized Jack’s catering this weekend for a shower. I would highly recommend using their services for any of your upcoming events. We had the All American grill out. CJ and Bindy arrived on time as scheduled and got right to work. They discussed with us their plan for set-up ensuring the convenience of all of our guests. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Their set-up ensured that the cold foods stayed cold for serving and the grilled items were served hot off the grill. CJ and Bindy packaged everything up and delivered to our kitchen for storage without causing us to break from our guests. I highly recommend them and will definitely utilize them in the future!

I was at an event catered by Jacks. They left the box, fried chicken, livers, gizzards and mushrooms. All good except the chicken. Chicken was burnt to a crisp, every piece unedible. Hard to believe they thought it would be okay to bring the chicken out looking like that, but they did. I mean, that chicken was black!! Smh it was an embarrassment to Jacks.
