great shop! very polite people. i called beforehand to make sure they had my type of phone screen and they didn’t but gave me a time when they should be there the next day. only took an hour to fix so i just went to walmart while they worked on it and it was only 80 bucks. 5 stars great establishment

I have had them fix my phone when it wouldn't charge and 100% chattered! Thank you! Do you all fix IPADS? It will show that it's on charge, And something is damaged but that is all.

My husband and I live in New Tazewell. My husband’s phone would not take a charge.We read the reviews in this dire and decided to visit the shop. The young man knew immediately what was wrong with the phone. He said something, possibly , a piece of dirt, had become lodged in the port.Within a few minutes the young man had the phone charging. He refused pay. He said it only took about five minutes to fix. We thanked him and left.This young man was pleasant and so helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone who is having issues with his or her phone. Hat’s Off to 1 Stop Phones!!!

My grand daughter has shattered her phone so many times I can’t keep count and they have always fixed it fast and done great work. I have also bought two phones there one is 5 years old and working great. We also have the IPTV it is amazing so much to watch you never get bored and if there is ever a problem with anything the staff is always so friendly and eager to help solve the issue. It is a great place to shop

Well I am leaving a 5 star rating here. Wish I could leave 100.One time I was in a rush to save humanity from the dangers that surround us, when in the midst of battle all of a sudden one of the alien freaks destroyed my cell phone. My only way for communication to the chief. I rushed to the closest phone store that was open and luckily you were! A young lad named Josh greeted me at the front desk, when I explained to him the situation he had his Tech fix my phone in a matter of minutes. I was back out on the field protecting Earth and this phone shop from the brink of extinction. My chief and I could not have been more thankful for the help that these men gave us! For that, you are true heroes ! Thank you 1 stop phone shop!

I get TV through their London store, and have used them for fixing computers and phones, you will find no better people to do business with than Josh and Darrell or any of their employees, you will leave there feeling like family!! Highly recommended!!
