This is the best Bath and Body Works store that I’ve been to. The staff is friendly and they are always sufficiently stocked with the items my wife is hunting. The staff knows about the discounts and available products and they always make sure to offer help. This is my wife’s favorite store. We stop here almost every time we are in Middlesboro shopping.

Out of all the stores that could be in this small town, I'm glad it's bath & body works. Great customer service. I am always asked how my day is going and if I need help with anything.

Being new to the area my husband and I Came in today and we both received the worse service ever ! Both ladies were too busy chatting about getting there eyebrows and eye lashes done and never once tried helping us find what we were looking for ! We looked around and found what we wanted and I had to personally go tell them I was ready to check out ! The one lady rang up all five of my scents and then just dropped them in the bag without even wrapping them - I was shocked ! I asked can you please wrap them for me so they don't break - she rolled her eyes - worse customer service ever - the other lady was by the door on her phone ---- I will never come to this store again---- worse customer service ever ---- I gave it one star because of the scents smelt amazing!!

Non-helpful staff, non-friendly. It's usually a great and happy experience, but not today. Also, I purchased items that were buy 3 get one free, and did not get the discount until I asked specifically about it. Usually the employees remind you about a sale and help you find other items. Also, not today

I've never been to this store but I'd definitely LOVE TO GO CHECK THEM OUT!!! I NEVER KNEW THAT THIS STORE WAS INSIDE THE MIDDLESBORO MALL!! I'M SO VERY HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND THIS OUT! I LOVE THE ITEMS FROM BATH & BODY WORKS!!!
