I went to an interview here and there was tension from another employee before the interview even took place. An employee paced back and forth and snared at me with an attitude. As I stood by a two swinging doors for a 20 minute wait, for a women to arrive to assist with the interview. I was told I would be notified by the end of week and was never notified. I called numerous times and never successfully spoken with the manager instead, was asked for my name and number to be given to her, to receive a call back. I never received a call. I reached out to a woman who scheduled the interview by the name of Alisha via email and never received an email back. Personally, Just the whole atmosphere and interview and process was not welcoming and felt uncomfortable, unprofessional and unethical to me.

Donated bags and bags of name brand like Victoria Secret for years. Shopped here for years. I was told by the employee when I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if I could get a refund if the clothes didn’t fit, and then they want to not give me the refund. I was told I could get my cash back NOT an exchange. If this wasn’t allowed, I shouldn’t have been told that. I will not donate here or shop here ever again. I will be calling on the girl that said I could get my money back & the man Mark that wouldn’t give the money back. Good job Middlesboro Goodwill. You just lost a lot of your business! ?

Had plenty of clothing for adults and children. But the store itself is very small and they've basically ran out of room. On another note, I'm sure they wash everything that's donated but I was looking for some shorts for my 4yr old. And found a few pair but they smelled of human urine. Like really bad. Maybe these 3 pairs somehow slipped thru the cracks? But the overall experience was decent and the pricing was fair.

Found some pretty dresses, one was brand new from Belks with a $99.99 price on the tags! Last time I found a gorgeous top from a chic boutique with a $32.99 tag still on it. It's amazing what you will find if you spend some time looking. ?????
