I have loved using an H&R Block For the past almost 20 years until this year.
Every year that they have done these advance loans I have applied and got the full Amount back EVERY YEAR until this year normally before I get in my car, the money would be loaded to my card this year. It took them a week to send me what little money they did send and to approve me for $250 when I was counting on at least $2000 to get my bills paid up after Christmas. I have recommended probably close to 15 people family and friends that have switched their tax people to H&R Block within my time with them. I will say, after this year I will no longer use H&R Block and every person I can tell. I’m going to tell cause you as a mom or any parent you’re relying on a money source that you’ve gotten every year for almost 15 years now to get your bills caught up after Christmas and it’s not there. I had rather them sent me zero dollars than the 250 what the 250. Do it paid one bill my phone bill I’m thankful that that got paid but as a mom and needing people to rely on and I thought H&R Block was it apparently I was so wrong I will never never never never use H&R Block again or recommend anyone to them.

I file taxes with you all ever year and only get around 500 on the rapid refund when I get over 10 grand back so I gave it another chance this year and the same result's so this will be my last year filing with you all when liberty could have got me a rapid refund of 5800 but as far as the workers and the filers are awesome.

Ive been 3 years trying to get my taxes back. Everytime their was an issue, instead of helping to resolve the issue it was easier to throw a 800 number at me putting my tax issue in the hands if someone not trained for that. Now Im having g to pay out of pocket to just have2019 mailed in?!! Ive been patient and tried to be understanding but its ridiculous.

Because I filed my taxes on the 2nd of Feb and they didn't file them. I went today to find out what was going on, they said it was because I hadn't pay to have them done. The girl ask me on the day I filed did I want the fee took out and I said yes. So today they informed me that I would have to pay a extra $35.00 dollars if I wanted it took out of my refund. So I payed cash. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for my refund. I have used h&r block since I started paying taxes I won't anymore. I find somewhere else to o go.
