THIS GUY IS A JOKE!!! MY BROTHER HAD A BAD ACCIDENT BREAKING HIS NECK AND BACK IN 4 PLACES!!! THIS GUY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIM…. TELLING US 500-1000 TO GET IT OUT! WE GAVE HIM THE EXACT LOCATION AND HE SAID HE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE OT WAS!! WE EVEN OFFERED THE KEY SO HE COULD GET IT OUT!!! HE CHARGED THE INSURANCE 7500!!!! ALSO CHARGED INSURANCE FOR A GUIDE AFTER SAYING HE KNEW WHERE IT WAS!!!! INSURANCE FRAUD!!! HE DID NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENED… ONLY WHAT HE WAS GETTING PAID!!!! STAY AWAY!!! THEN HE DROPPED THE RZR GETTING IT OUT DOING EVEN MORE DAMAGE!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! THERE ARE MORE TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE OUT THERE YOU CAN USE THAT WILL TELL YOU A PRICE AND KEEP THEIR WORD!! DO NOT USE HIM!!! WHAT IF THIS HAPPENED TO YOUR FAMILY!!!

If I could give no stars I would. One of my drivers lost a cable reel in front of his place and this guy charged me $525 to load one reel back on the trailer. $300 for the use of equipment and $225 for hauling said equipment. When the fact of the matter is he used a skid steer to load it and he literally drove it across the street. I mean literally he was only there for 10 mins and drove the skid steer ACROSS the street. Big rip off especially when he charges you for things that he does not do. I will not ever use this guy again and would not have used him this time if I knew how big of a ripoff he was

can improve by not price gouging people, and by not making false assumptions about something he knows nothing about!!!!!! Also if you are going to charge people for hauling equipment don't drive the mf to the job!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. No one likes being ripped off but I definitely feel ripped off after using this service. I had a driver loose part of a load about a block from their shop they came and put it back on the trailer for him. They charged me for an equipment haul that never took place. They did this over the phone and didn't send a receipt to me for a full 24hrs and we had to call to get that. I look at the receipt and it has this split up into 2 fees one for putting the coil back on the trailer ($300) and one for an equipment haul that never happens. That was $225. They didn't haul anything- not their equipTrent not ours. So there shouldn't have been a fee added for that. They came out of their lot less than a block from where he was picked the coil up put it on the trailer n went back in his lot. No one hauled anything. Charging for something never done is unethical and not appreciated in this economy. Very unhappy. We do NOT recommend them to anyone.

I called John because the in-network providers for my insurance company's roadside assistance were not available. He was responsive, quick, and very friendly. After he jumped the vehicle, I drove it to AutoZone to get the battery tested and replaced. The staff were uninformed on 2018 Hondas and had me shut the vehicle off to do the battery load test. They couldn't hook their machine up because of the air intake's location, and then couldn't get it jumped again with their little jumper packs. I called John back and asked if he could come jump me again and he did it without hesitation. John's work ethic, integrity, and kindness are not seen as often nowadays, and I really appreciate him and his business. His sign next to the parking lot at AutoZone is in a great place - if they mess up on others like they did mine, they need John's number to get on their way. I can't recommend and thank John enough!Service: Battery service

He was amazing! He was very busy, yet still made us a priority. Took him about 15 minutes to get to us and about 3 minutes to pull us out the ditch. We just moved here and I really didn't know who to call. I am glad we called here! He was also very friendly. Thanks! John's Big Rig Towing! You really pulled us out of a bad situation! Big thanks!
