Kroger's has always been one of my favorite places to shop for price and selection. When grocery ordering and pick-up became available, we utilized it and liked the service. Naturally, when deliveries became available, we tried it. Disappointed is an understatement! I have used Instacart twice-don't do it! First time, they scheduled delivery in the afternoon, and while I waited received several texts about being late- 3 hours late! Last night? Groceries were scheduled for 6- no groceries at 9:30- called and told no shoppers, re-schedule. Nope!!!! Nobody let me know- app said shopping was occurring. Canceled! Had already taken my money and said would return in 5 days. Sshhheeewew!No thank you, Kroger's. Food City and Walmart are looking better.

I went there to cash my check from my work and the manager hayden was rude and disprectful. he is worthless as they come. fat and lazy.

more people for the checkout lanes all these cash registers and no one to help I don't like the self check out if I wanted to do that I would just order from somewhere and stay home you have to think of the elderly they won't do self checkout because they have always had someone to check them out and today it was aweful two lines open and standing in line to get checked out

I have been shopping this Kroger for over 15 years, my wife and i spend on average $250 a week just on grocery's ,that's $12000 a year, plus we use the gas and pharmacy, all total last year about $18000 . Now that Covid restrictions are lifted, they only have 2 check out lanes, i hate to use self check out trying to use value card and coupons, besides scanning and bagging your own groceries is a pain in the butt. Also some of their veggies , like lettuce is always terrible, and dog food is nearly impossible to get, when i ask about dog food they claim its a shortage from supplier, but 1/2 mile away at Food City ,their shelves are full. The last week that i went, i waited 20 minutes in line to get to check out, and of course , same as always ,no bag boys in site, had to bag my own groceries. I see that they have got rid of employees, but their prices don't go down, their meat department is way over priced to even the little IGA in Harrogate. I left a complaint at front desk about service and gave my phone number, but no one ever called. So I now go to Food city every saturday, and the largest bill in the last 4 visits was $165 , so i am saving money , plus they had 5 check out lanes open and not only bagged my groceries ,but offered to take them to my car. While $18000 gross might not sound like a lot, my son and his family, along with my brother and his family was spending about the same and they now go to Food City. All i can say is ,"Krogers, if you want to stay in business, you had better change your attitude and service".

We were there last week and had some lunch meat and cheese sliced. Julia was working in the deli, and you need to give this lovely lady a good large raise!! She took care of us, and went above and beyond by putting paper between the slices of cheese to keep them from sticking together and tearing. She was so nice and friendly, even making suggestions on some of the meats we had not ate yet. She sprayed the slicer and cleaned it between types of meats and cheeses. She had her mask on and used gloves. Very clean counters and displays were nicely arranged.

I have been shopping at this Kroger since the 70's. Continually they disappoint me. First the lady working self checkout goes MIA when I asked someone where she went they said "she went to the bathroom" are you kidding me? Who is covering her position? "Sir everyone has to go to the bathroom she will be right back..." Went to service desk that was a disaster. They were too busy answering employee questions rather than servicing the customer. I get home to melted ice cream and a whole lot of frustration. Sad to say I really should be mad at myself and give myself one star for continuing to shop here. They aren't the only game in town!

I love their baked goods. I occasionally buy other items but not that often. I like their fresh sliced meat and cheese, but I find that the items I want are sold out (sometimes for days/weeks) quite often.

Management needs a complete overhaul! Suspending workers for no valid reason. Bullying and constant nit picking. Employees should be valued. But instead they are set up for failure. Corporate needs to take a good look at this particular store.
