I have a storage room there now and have since about April 2025. I’ve been moving from Tennessee and several times I showed up to the storage place only to find it closed! I’m an hour away so with the weekends unavailable and the closing early numerous times it’s really made things difficult and very inconvenient. I don’t particularly like to do business with a business I can’t count on and that’s how my experience with this storage place made me feel!

Awesome company! They worked hard trying to get me moved in the winter during ice and snow. We had to reschedule once however they worked me in and were very professional in every aspect. All of my furniture was delivered, taken well care of, and placed exactly where I wanted it. They set my beds up, hooked my washer and dryer up, and took care of every detail! I’ll never go back to trying to move myself. I highly recommend, John and his team! Best of the best!

Needed help with a move on furniture stored at a couple different places. Enough to fill up basically a 2 BR apartment. One piece, a large higher end entertainment center was nearly 850 lbs but John and his team made short work of the move at more than fair price point. Highly recommend Moyers Transfer Moving!!!JN, Va

They didn’t have any availability but the woman who answered the phone was very helpful with my search giving me names of other storage units. She was very helpful . Very nice and friendly

Called to inquire about moving costs twice and spoke with the "mother" who said the owner will call back that evening. Never received a call back. Must not want business that badly.

Worst company EVER. They overcharged my mom by $250, and now they can't be bothered to return my phone calls or messages! You can't go much lower than to rip off an elderly widow woman. They're the only company in town, but use someone out of Knoxville if you have to. My family trusted these people- don't make the same mistake we did.

This is the WORST company ever. They overcharged my mom by $250, and now they won't even return my calls or messages. You can't go much lower than to rip off an elderly widow. I know they're the only place in town, but I'd suggest using a company out of Knoxville to avoid these people! My family trusted them- don't make the mistake we did!
