I had my little 5 pound Yorkie, Merlin groomed today at Petsense in Middlesboro, Kentucky. Starr was amazing! She was so sweet and so good to Merlin. He really liked her. She had the cutest little bow tie on him! She acted like it was a pleasure to pamper my little baby boy. She didn’t act like he was just a dollar sign or a burden to her. Unlike the groomer we normally take him to. Needless to say we will be taking him to Starr from now on. Thank you so much Starr for being so great to our Merlin Tucker!

Very special place, staff is pleasant but not very attentive to customers. My husband received his tea, and 15 minutes later I got my cappuccino Then we waited another 20 minutes for our sandwich. So, if you’re not in a hurry, or very hungry.. stop on in:)
