“Ferrellgas to me is a curiosity. They do good work and I'm satisfied but you have to be patient and not expect "rocket science-level" fast and accurate communication. When we moved to this area they swore that they did not rent 500 gal propane tanks and we wondered who owned ours until an annual rental bill came. We asked for a refill at 30% and we got one to 80%... hmm. More than enough and it saved me money. The driver came and went, doing his job like a ghost in the night. We gave him the gate code and that was our human interaction. Good enough.”
