Wonderful experience working with "Best Deal Brooks" at Tim Short. I live in another state so I had lots of questions and requested videos, etc. "Best Deal Brooks" sent multiple videos any time I asked, walked me through the transaction with ease about how the vehicle was registered in the state where I live, taxes, etc. I got a great price on my Mercedes, great price on my trade and the delivery and exchange of the trade-in was handled by a very professional trucking company that "Best Deal Brooks" arranged for me too! I will definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future even though they're not the closest dealer just because it was a seamless transaction. I had my car delivered in a few business days and the pricing and service is worth it!! Thanks "Best Deal Brooks" for the purchase of a lifetime! I'm lovin' my G-Wagon!!! It's not every year your hubby surprises you and lets you celebrate your 20th anniversary and 50th birthday with a Mercedes...I'm glad I worked with the best for such a special purchase:)

We had an excellent experience here!! We live 4 hrs away and couldn’t see the car so our sales man took pics and videos of everything we ask and answered all the questions we had on the car we picked up! 10/10 experience !! We noticed as we got down the road that we had a turn signal out so i called our guy there and he said no problem so i went and got it fixed and they reimbursed me for it. Before this i have never had a good experience with dealerships, but our sales man Mark calloway went above and beyond!! I know their goal as a sales man is to make a sale but these guys here actually make u feel like they care and thats rare. Will be buying another car from them in the future!! Thank you guys for a bada55 car haha!!

Where do I begin..... as I can't say enough good things about this dealership. First of all, they made me feel very welcome and prepared for straight away. Rick Rigsby was my salesman and he walked me through the process every step of the way, calmed my nerves and found a better deal for me than what Pre-approval I came with. Not to mention, Rick also crafted my deal to accommodate everything I wanted. He not only got me a better deal, he also got my payments where I wanted them including an awesome warranty. He did this in under two hours. It was the most flawless transaction I've ever experienced. Everyone was very nice. Worth the two hour drive from TN. I love my car.

Experience started great till we bought the car. Service department is HORRIBLE!!! Staff even admitted it was horrible to us. DO NOT PAY ANY EXTRA FOR FREE OIL CHANGES or any other services for that matter!!! BIGGEST SCAM!!! We have called multiple times a day for weeks and can not get any one to answer or call back regardless of what we try. The day after buying our car (a 2023 dodge) we noticed the evaporator drain hose was not assembled correctly. No big deal, call the service department set up an appointment and have it repaired… could not have been more wrong! We finally had to do it ourselves because they would never answer or call us back. Extremely disappointed that we paid such a high price tag for benefits we cannot even receive due to laziness and lack of professionalism by the service department.

Mr. Rick Rigsby was our salesman and he treated us awesome! Was upfront and honest! We bought a beautiful Audi A4 Quattro. Top notch customer service. Best salesman we have ever dealt with! Will definitely recommend family and friends and see you for next vehicle purchase.

I would like to thank Dawson Day & “Best Deal Brooks” for really coming through clutch today & helping me find, not pressuring me, but helping me find a vehicle that totally suited my needs. I came in with preconceived notions & my mind was basically already made up that I wasn’t going to be able to find anything that would work for me. I must say these two men changed my mind. They really took their time, listened, & went above & beyond to help me find a car suited to my needs both finically & otherwise. I left with a car that I could afford, that I feel is dependable, & that I actually love! I’m so happy! Thank you again Dawson & Best Deal Brooks!!! Hands down would refer!

Buying my first car was scary..however i was lucky enough to find the BEST place to start out with!! the costumer service was amazing not only did Branden Brooks help me find the perfect car, he made me feel comfortable and well taken care of the entire time!!! From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a very friendly salesman named Mike Smith. He was totally low pressure and I appreciated that. We were there to look at a specific vehicle which he promptly retrieved from the lot for us. Everybody there was very friendly and there was no pressure involved whatsoever, that to me was important. Every encounter with personnel from this dealership was friendly. I highly recommend them. You will get great service and professionalism, and honesty, not something you always get when buying a car. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

On March 6th I bought a new 2022 grand wagoneer series 3 from Rick Rigsby at Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesbrough Kentucky. I found the vehicle online and call to arrange purchase. We settled on a price and after work I drove up to pick up our new vehicle. I picked it up shortly before closing at dark for $122k. Upon looking at the Vehicle the next day I found 7 places on the vehicle damaged, most on the passenger side. This damage was not disclosed upon purchase so I contacted our salesman and sent pictures. He assured me it would be fixed. We arranged bringing it back the 1.5hr drive and getting a loaner vehicle. 5 weeks went by and repair was not getting done, the front grill was replaced and a scratch rubbed out of the fender and one door handle replaced. The door was still chipped, wheel scratched, window trim dented and active lane assist not working. Joe the service manager told me to come pick up my vehicle that they had ordered the wheel and window trim but he wanted to arrange a future date of repair once these parts arrived. I make the trip to get my not repaired vehicle on a Saturday. Upon arrival I was told they would not be fixing it further because repairs were too much. Keep in mind I bought a new vehicle that was not supposed to be damaged. I then contacted wagoneer services and was told that Jeep would make sure my vehicle was repaired but waited several weeks to get this arranged. This dealership never returns your calls and so the process takes for ever! I have now taken my vehicle back again and 3 weeks later I have a wheel replaced. Even though I was told it would take no longer than a week. My door still has a paint chip, my window trim has not been replaced and active cruise/ lane assist has not been fixed. I called for an update yesterday and was told I would get a return call and as usual I never received one! I need my money back or another new vehicle, I should have demanded this when I got home with the damage, or when I was out right lied to by the service manager about ordering the repair parts just to be told that they would not repair it. I'm over the lies and going without our vehicle

This digitized process can be a blessing when conducted with professionalism and integrity. Regrettably, my online experience with 'Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro' was far from it.Engaging with this dealership initially seemed promising. Their online presence was impressive, the customer service representatives seemed well-versed, and the inventory contained my dream car. I had high hopes when I embarked on my digital car buying journey with them.After a series of online consultations and negotiations, we arrived at a purchase agreement for a vehicle that checked all my boxes. It was after business hours and we were waiting for my bank to open the next day to conduct a wire transfer. I was thrilled and eagerly awaited the delivery of my new car.However, the joy was short-lived. I was taken aback when I received a text message after responding of cash in hand, stating that my vehicle had been sold to another buyer. The fact that they could dismiss an online contract so easily was both shocking and disheartening. The blatant disregard for the agreement we had reached was an outright display of unprofessionalism and a clear violation of digital business ethics.My attempts to resolve the situation were met with an unsatisfactory response. There were no genuine apologies or attempts to offer a comparable deal. Instead, I was provided with vague reasons and no alternatives to rectify the situation.The experience with Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro felt like a bait and switch scenario. My excitement over a dream car purchase was turned into frustration and disappointment due to the dealership's lack of integrity and respect for their online customers.The dealership's action raises serious concerns about the trustworthiness of online transactions with them. It's extremely disconcerting when an established dealership like Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro fails to honor purchase agreements.In conclusion, I strongly discourage prospective online car buyers from doing business with Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro. Their lack of regard for online agreements and customer satisfaction makes them a dubious choice. There are countless other dealerships out there who respect and value the digital car buying process. I urge you to explore those instead.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The slowest place ever and a HUGE rip off. The staff in service at the desk are rude and unhelpful. Too worried about each other than customer. No one even said hello. They are also over charging. Charged $112 just to diagnose my car. The service team didn’t pick up the phone for 2 days. When we finally got someone he pretty much said with how high their service fees are do not bother getting it fixed. I have never in my life been charged so much for a diagnosis and I’ve owned keeps for 15 years. I moved from NJ and even they didn’t charge this much. Ya’ll should be ashamed of yourselves it’s disgusting.
